Content: Let's face it, frames and framing are expensive. This is a great alternative to going and having a picture done by a professional. Did have some scuff marks on the frame and the plastic cover but for the price, you can't beat it. As always, measure your photo appropriately and you will be happy with the purchase! The inside frame can be left in or taken out to accommodate up to 24 by 36.

Content: I don’t even know where to start. Packaged well with strong corner guards, this frame came in perfect condition. The inset image was nice enough that my husband initially thought I’d purchased it to hang on the wall (rather than as a FRAME for something we already owned). I love that it comes with a mat, even though we do not need it. The plastic front had protective film just like a phone protector would. And the back side of the frame has more clips that I would have imagined, including built-in hooks for either portrait or landscape display. This is the thoughtfulness that is the hallmark of quality. I’m so impressed.

Content: Certainly better than most poster frames, the backing has the clips built in and it has enough of them to be more than secure, no more losing the little clips that just go in the corners. It came securely packaged and without any damage. The white 'mat' that comes with it not actually matte finish, which is unfortunate. It isn't so glossy that I couldn't use it and the plexiglass cover is glossy in any case. The whole assembly suffers from the same issues as cheaper poster frames, getting it all lined up and centered is difficult. I found there's a gap at the top or bottom where you can see through to the wall if I didn't carefully tape the poster to the mat, and then use a few pieces of tape to make sure the mat and poster didn't fall to the bottom of the frame once it was tilted vertically. If you're a little crafty and have some blue painters tape, you can make this poster frame look like it might not actually be a poster frame (from a distance), so I guess that's a win. Be careful with the backing as well, I tried to bend it to be more flat because it wants to curve a bit in one direction. It's brittle enough thin particle/cardboard that it will break if you flex it very far. As others have said it's good for what it is, just don't expect it to replace a real framing.
