Content: I bought this because I have a adjustable bed at home but needed something for overnight travel for work. This works perfectly. I am also shipping one to my vacation home to use when I am there. It comes in an vacuum package inside of a cloth zipper bag. As soon as I opened the vacuum pack plastic wrap, the pillow was at full shape in a matter of a minute or two. I followed directions and did not use for 24 hours, although it seemed ready for use almost immediately. From being vacuum packed there are some significant creases in the fabric pillowcase, I haven't washed it yet but I believe those will come out. The back side of the pillow has a non-slip fabric similar to hospital slipper socks. For the price this is a great pillow, a lot of pillows are double the cost and aren't as well made as this (I know I had returned to 2 last week). The pillow is firm but not hard, which is what you want for raised sleeping. It also has an easy carry handle and two small pockets where you can tuck a remote. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Content: I ultimately purchased this product for the price. It had the same dimensions as the other comparables at a lower price. I did read from other reviewers that the pillow had a smell and needed to AIR OUT. The instructions even mention this, simply saying that a SMELL could happen in transport and to air out for a full day. I allowed four days and the smell consumed every area of my home. It's pungent and won't dissipate. It's akin to having an open gasoline can in your bedroom. I've washed the pillowcase but it's the actual foam that stinks. My next remedy is to wash the foam in the shower, maybe? Or soak it in a tub. It can't fit a standard-size washing machine, I'd have to take it to a commercial laundry and I'm afraid the foam could tear apart. Now for the reason, I made the purchase. I ordered this for my GERD and needed to be elevated when I slept. I'm on night three and I slip down during the night as I bought 12-inch incline and the acid creeps back into my throat. Last night, I placed pillows under my needs to LOCK me in place. It helped somewhat. I'm still trying to work with this pillow as it's an adjustment. However, the one-star review is solely based on the smell. I thought other potential buyers should really consider that other reviewers saying to air it out doesn't work. At all.

Content: It isn't as pictured, there is a piece in the picture I don't have, however, I have an adjustable bed and always had to put the back up to retrieve the pillows, sometimes twice in a night. I've used this one night and am more comfortable sitting up reading and don't have to get out the search party. For the money it's a very good deal, not too big and does the job

Content: This wedge is awesome for the price! However, it continuously sliding and it will not stay in place on the bed. It needs some type of rubber grip on the bottom to help it to remain in place. I bought a roll of black nonslip shelf liner to place under the wedge while using it on my bed. I am hoping this will help. The wedge has really helped my legs and taken the pressure off of my lower back. I have severe permanent back damage and pain. This product is well worth the money and I highly recommend it!
