Content: I really want to give my honest opinion. The seller did reach out to me and was very kind and explained how customer satisfaction was important to them. Great CS is always appreciated so I rated accordingly. As for the product, I'm a little of 5 feet so while it may be a bit oversized to use in the front, as I stated originally, it can be used as back support while I read. To the person that reached out to me, Thanks for your kindness. Works better as a back support than it does in front. I wanted to like it but it’s just to big and uncomfortable, impossible to use as I intended. (Reading)

Content: UPDATE: Seller reached out to me, displaying excellent customer service allowing me a full refund without any hassle. Fantastic experience overall and I do really enjoy this product. I stand by my initial review that it should come in different colors and the arms are a smidge too high. With these issues fixed and maybe a reduced price point it would be 5 stars. I really wanted to love this product because it fills a need I have when it comes to extended lounging sessions. I am very big man and was worried it would be too narrow for me, however it fits across my lap nicely and is extremely sturdy. Now for the bad: this things dimensions are way off and it’s too high. My big, long arms are simply pushed up too high when trying to relax and it can get very uncomfortable quick. It does have a removable cover but it only comes in one color and man is it ugly. A choice of colors or a simple black color would do wonders for its aesthetic. If it was half the price I would probably keep it however it’s too expensive for what it is and I will be attempting to return it. I say attempting because once it’s decompressed it’s huge and firm and I have no clue how I will fit this in any box and ship it. This company seems decent if they revamp this one with some simple upgrades I will purchase from them again. As of right now I am not happy with it considering what i spent on it.

Content: Edit/Update: I wanted to update given that the company offered to refund the purchase based on my previous 2-star review below. I am happy to update the stars +1 due to customer service being kind enough to do so. The customer service is definitely worth 5-stars alone! I really wanted to love this and was disappointed when that wasn’t the case! I have had arm and shoulder pain for a while now due to repetitive motions using a computer and was hoping this could offer some relief as well as another option to use throughout the day. I’m a 5’6” average female and this cushion was too large and made my issues worse. The height of the cushion is too high to be comfortable. You’d have to have a long torso, really tall, or have short arms in order for this to be comfortable. The height of this pushes up my arms into such an odd position that it starts to hurt from the shoulder creating a whole new issue. Like another review said, if this had a few inches shaved off this could be perfect. The size of the item is bulky like many have said before me which makes it awkward to store when not in use. The bag it comes in is great but not really useful once you unpack the cushion (the cushion expands to a size that is much larger than the bag that prevents you from getting it back in). I really wish I could return this since this is absolutely no use to me now.

The pillow/desk didn’t work for my mom—but I probably would have known if I had measured her before I ordered using the measurements they provide (but I didn’t because it was a surprise). And, as you can see from my review below, the product itself is good quality/well made, so I will not hesitate to gift it to a larger person so it still goes to good use. Original Review: I got this for my mom to help support the weight of her iPad and books when she isn’t feeling well. She must be proportioned differently from the woman in the photos who is “gaming” because my mom is swimming in it. Now that she unwrapped it, there is no way to get it back in the bag or find a box to return it (it comes shrink wrapped). It’s too bad because it does seem really well made. I would suggest you literally check the measurements before you order (I haven’t double checked them but I assume the listing is correct)—I wanted to surprise my mom, so I was going off how it fit people in the photos and didn’t picture how wide and tall it would be on her. If I had sat her down with a tape measure, I would have seen it wasn’t going to work. So in that regard it’s not the company‘s fault, but I don’t feel like the photos really show just how big it is.

Content: As other users have said it is much bigger than I thought it would be. The design seems like it would be comfortable like in the picture but in practice it’s too tall to not be awkward. It is solid and can hold some weight on it which is good but it’s hard to get in an out of without any kind of straps on the side. I’d say for the price it is NOT worth it unfortunately. I see they have a smaller option that is coming out soon and I may try that but for anyone looking for a comfortable way to prop up a controller or laptop while relaxing on the couch I’d probably look elsewhere. Edit: The seller did contact me and offer a full refund which is amazing. Great customer service, I will most likely be trying the new version of the product to see if the improvements help!

So I saw the other reviews saying it was large but figured that being an almost 6ft tall man, it'd be fine for me... Looked at the measurements - felt big but figured it would be soft and I could just press on it. Nope. When sitting with the pillow completely pushed back,y elbows are a good 4in too high. I thought I would just open it up and cut the "legs" but if I do, my legs which are already pretty tight... Will be squeezed. Otherwise the fabric is nice, the foam is very dense so it feels solid... But how am I supposed to ship it back? Been trying to put it back in its bag - this will never fit again. I guess I'm stuck with it..
