Title: Nice economical robot vacuum
Content: I have had both an older generation Roomba and a Shark. I was reluctant to try a brand I had never heard of, but the features and price influenced me. I do not regret it at all! I was shocked at how much dirt and filth it picked up the first few times it ran. It navigates nicely without forcefully crashing into obstacles. It has a set path that it follows for each room and smartly dodges anything in its way. I also carry it to the basement to run. You can program it for multiple levels and it knows what floor it's on. I have a dog that hangs out in the basement, where I also workout. Prior to running this vac there, I had tons of dog hair on me after my workout. The amount of hair it picked up shocked me!!! The next time I worked out I got hardly any hair on my clothes. Mind.Blown. The suction changes based on flooring surface, and it works as well on carpets as hard floors. The mop is ok, but not stellar. Of course, I did not expect it to mop as well as using a normal mop. It does take off the top layer of grime, but don't expect it to completely remove water spots and dog drool. All in all, a really great investment if you want a basic robot vacuum and don't need crazy bells and whistles.

Title: Absolutely Brilliant If there was 5,5 stars this would get it.
Content: Since day 1 of using this product I've been meaning to write a review on it. But wanted to give it a few weeks use before really putting out this review. Well from out of the box the setup and connection to the network was a breeze. The mapping I'm still not sure how it was able to map the house, rooms etc so accurately, almost scary. lol. But it vacuums nicely and when you add the added feature of mopping to it it keeps the floors nice and smooth. You immediately see the impact of using this vacuum. It's our first robo vac of any type so I really can't compare it to others or other brands, but I did check out some reviews about this before buying it and the positive reviews speaks well of it. It does its job and does it well. The only thing was when I wanted to share the device with my wife was a bit confusing as tried sharing the device before fulling setting up the app on her phone. So make sure who you are sharing with they have the app set up properly on their phone. It mapped out on the porch too even without being out there. Just have to retweak a few rooms but nothing too hard. Plus adding in schedules of what to clean and when is also wicked. Other than that, this is one of the best devices we've bought in a while. And my wife was like make sure you write a review and let people know how good this is, so I got some extra points lol lol Seriously though if you're looking for a robot vacuum that will clean and mop your house well and is quite easy to set up and operate this is your vac

Title: Great for pet hair, not a great Alexa integration
Content: I'm a late adopter of robot vacuums. I had reservations. I picked this one up on a recommendation from a friend. Pros : It does great with pet hair. Better than my Dyson, even, which is a high bar. It cleans well and has the right options for scheduling and customizing a clean. Initial mapping is easy with one caveat below. It doesn't get easily stuck. Cons : * If you need to map a new area that is part of an existing map but was closed off during mapping, it's a bit clunky. You have to manual control the robot there so the space is recognized - but it still won't see it as a 'room'. So then edit the map to make it an off limits area, save, then edit again to remove the off limits area and then it sees a room and you can name it and use it). * It does not do well with clay litter on hard floors.. it just kicks it around. It does fine with litter on carpets or bare floors in general. * the Q5 alexa integration does not do everything it says in this listing. You can turn it on and off with alexa - that's it. You can't vacuum a specific room or run a routine through alexa. All of that functionality is reserved for later models. * It looked tilted and wasn't doing a great job of vacuuming for a few days but the app said everything was fine. I finally flipped it upside down to take a look and it had sucked up a plastic bottle cap and a toy mouse, which stopped the rollers from turning, tilted the machine and ultimately affected suction. So the app's report of how it's doing isn't reliable. I need to check on it a little more frequently than I thought and I can't automate it as well as I hoped but overall, I'm glad I bought it.

Title: Outstanding value, fantastic product!
Content: This is an unbelievably impressive robot vac for the price point. For around $150 (or a little less on sale) there's nothing else out there even close in performance and quality. This was easy to connect to wifi and get set up, and the app is great. It accurately mapped my main level in about 10 minutes. No-go zones and invisible fences are easy to create, and the machine abides by them perfectly. This thing is amazingly accurate in navigation, literally to the inch. Every time it runs it covers everything perfectly and with a 100% repeatable route. I wanted to keep this off a specific area rug that is hand made thick wool, it can only be vacuumed by a non-brushroll vacuum. I set the no-go zone and this Roborock perfectly follows the edges of the rug just 1 inch away, while staying off of it every time, over and over it doesn't waver. It has never got stuck in the 20+ or so cleanings so far, and it always returns to its base to charge. Battery life is great, it finishes cleaning the approximately 1000sqft area where I use it, with about 60% power remaining, and I have it set on high (one level below max) suction. The dustbin is huge, it can go weeks between being emptied in my case. And I do not have the self emptying unit, just the base Q5 Pro. There was no need to spend the extra money for my specific situation. I can't speak to the mopping function, as I have not and do not plan to use it. No robot vac, even the $1000+ ones, can take the place of a Swiffer Wet Jet in my opinion. This thing has largely rendered my Dyson stick vac obsolete!

Title: 100% recomendado, mejor costo beneficio

Title: I totally underestimated this; I am thrilled with the performance!!!
Content: I lucked out! Got it on the the Amazon black day promotion for $249.99 1) Hardware setup: I followed the instructions on the large startup sheet (relatively easy, even for me). 2) App Installation (Easy) : I installed the app on my Android phone 3) App registration and signon: This was the hardest part as my password was never strong enough, however it finally worked after 5-6 attempts. Who would want to hack into my robot cleaner ? 4) Connecting new device to WIFI: As for any new device, have your WIFI credentials ready (WIFI name and password). Connecting was a little tricky. It took 2 or 3 attempts before I got that beautiful green text indicating "successful connection". 5) Operation: I'm not going to spoil the fun; except to say that this little guy is a joy to watch. I set it on "FULL" from my app. It ran for an hour and guess what! It really does clean and my wife is overjoyed. We have a "shedding" Shiba Inu dog; must I say more? Update Dec 28, 2024: Sorry to spoil the fun, but you'll need to do a weekly cleaning or the unit may not function well due to hair and other contaminants. Update Jan 3, 2025: The floors have never been cleaner; especially in areas like under the bed, etc. It has relieved my wife of the daily work of sweeping and dusting not to mention that the air quality has improved. Bottom line, "IT REALLY WORKS".

Title: So far so good
Content: What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don't have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left. Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it's hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn't try the mop as it's basically dragging a wet sponge, I'd get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiency It would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don't run it unattended

Title: Very bad purchasing experience
Content: The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!
