Title: I'm shocked, it's awesome!
Content: I didn't think it would be a "real" or sturdy piece of my household furnishings. I thought I would like it as a stand-by piece. But but this rocker is quite nice. Bigger than I first thought. The fabric feels pricey. It rocks very smooth without any squeaks or straining sounds. (I'm a stout grandma) Thanks to whoever created it!

Content: i have never had such a hard time with building furniture than with this chair. the holes didn’t line up and the instructions were unclear. i spent hours trying to put it together and eventually someone else did the same except they succeeded. it is really comfortable and it hasn’t broken or shown any signs of damage yet.

Content: First off my grandma wanted this chair so bad and she got it! it arrived earlier than anticipated which was great. When it came to assembling their were some complications and we thought the product was damaged. I reached out to the vender and they got back to me the same day with step to step directions to try before they sent another chair. I was so grateful they reached out in such a timely matter because grandmas not patient. With their step to step and the video on the chair Ad it gave us a better visual to work with and the chair was not defective! We love the chair and grandma is very happy with it! Thank you the vendor for getting back to us so quickly we appreciate it.
Title: Uncomfortable, hard to assemble, poor customer service
Content: The media could not be loaded. I would highly recommend not getting this chair. We tried to put this together and the holes did not align well. We put the bottom screws in but top did not align. We put top holes together but bottom screws stuck out. Pushing them together was hard and difficult. Video attached to show this. We also had received product with black marks on the hole area which led us to believe we received a returned product that someone else bought and tried to put together. The cushions are also VERY HARD. With back problems it was not comfortable. I reached out to the seller and they are giving a hard time about allowing the refund with paid shipping cost. They instead insisted it was user error and said it is made to help back problems and supposedly comfortable which it is definitely not. We simply are unhappy with the product but they don’t want the product back and don’t want to simply allow the full refund. Be prepared to pay a lot for shipping if you want to refund the product because they’re giving me a hard time. Definitely look to other options and do not buy this product and do not buy from this seller. It’s not worth it.

Content: The holes and metal don't line up for the back of the chair to the seat part. My husband had to push really hard to manipulate the part to get it to lign up. I couldn't do it. Rocking in it causes the screws to come loose, the chair starts to make a noise. Locking screws could probably solve this issue. It could be due to the poor alignment, who knows... It isn't comfortable for more than ten minutes, sadly. Doesn't rock well on plush carpet. Put on a wood floor or a smooth rug, rocks well. Two stars because it does look like the picture and it shipped fast. But I wouldn't buy this if I had it to do over, I would look for something better. Not my favorite for my first grand baby, I should have picked a better rocker instead of a cute looking one. Comfort over looks, next time.
