Content: These rods are definitely more sturdy than the skinny rods. They lay flat against the door and the brackets are very strong. You can use these on a curtain with a wider rod pocket, and the curtain will gather nicely into loose folds. I am pleased with these. Better than expected.

Rod itself has two pieces for adjusting length, but they fit loosely so it’s a hassle to slide them into the curtain pockets - they keep moving. And the ends are rough so they catch as you try and slide them. Definitely strong tho.

Content: Rods came in a clear plastic bag. Parts came in 2 small plastic bags. Instructions are on the sticker with the item description, where it was made, barcode and warning. Instructions are +/- 1 inch high & wide. You can not discern the details on the brackets. The Brackets have tabs on them that actually help hold the rod on. I had to stretch one out so it put pressure on the rod when inserted. It just wobbled before I made the adjustment! Good Luck for those who are not good at figuring out puzzles!
