It's not that noticeable and the hook moves just fine on the rod still, but it was a flaw and the reason for four stars instead of five. If I had purchased these in a store rather than online, I'd be returning them and exchanging for a new set, but I'm not willing to pay for shipping and wait for the hassle of a new purchase to arrive.
