The first one (different brand) was heavier but didn’t quite fit the width of our shower the way we needed it to (same width dimension as this one) and didn’t let in nearly as much light as this one does. The price was less than half of our first one and it washed out beautifully. Tye fabric is lightweight but very soft and has a lovely sheen to it. It looks gorgeous in our bathroom. The water does not leak through in the slightest. Popping it into the curtain rod took 10 seconds and was so easy, I am quite sure anyone (even elderly customers) will be able to install it with ease. The shower curtain is of great quality and is well worth the price. I purchased another one.

But when I saw this one, I thought how clever to have all three components--curtain, liner and hooks in just one product. But this product is so much better than that. The way the curtain attaches to my shower rod and the fact that the liner snaps onto the curtain for easy removal for washing is genius. This curtain is light weight, hangs beautifully and the liner will not bunch up. No more rusty hooks or residue on my stainless steel curtain rod. Before hanging my curtain, I thoroughly cleaned the rod and even rubbed it with wax paper to make the curtain slide easy which it does. It slides easily and smoothly, no start and stop action. The discs are of a sturdy plastic material with a large hole that clips easily over the rod. So you won't have to worry if the opening will fit your rod. Over time, with my previous liners, I had some grommets come loose and fall off. Not a problem with this shower curtain. I bought the black, textured waffle look, and it is absolutely beautiful. It is elegant with the black see through top, and it lets the light in which is a big plus. Overall, I can say I saved time, money, and I only had to choose one color and style instead of three. Easy on the hands, beautiful color, and the mesh top to see through is a real nice feature! The fact it's a curtain and a liner with magnets and you can unsnap the liner to wash makes it top tier! I was gonna replace it to upgrade, but I don't think I need to do that, I'll decorate around the color.
