It dries quickly which should mean no mold or mildew will get on it unlike the plastic shower curtains I've gotten that were supposed to be mildew-free. And, even better, since it is machine washable we should be able to keep it very clean. It doesn't try to cling to us like the plastic shower curtains do. It moves easily on the rod since it's so lightweight. We can't see ever getting a different brand than this one for our future needs.
