I have hardwood floors and all I have to do is not sweep for 3-4 days and suddenly I have wall-to-wall carpeting. I acquired a new loveseat and this slipcover will hopefully serve as the furproof vest in the war against the never-ending onslaught of the shedmonsters. The alternative would be a (futile) attempt to keep the dogs off the furniture. This would greatly disappoint my Husky, who loves to sit next to me on the couch and offer her own commentary on whatever movie I'm trying to watch. Anyway, about this slipcover. The fit is overall pretty decent. Perfect? No, but I don't think any other size would fit the loveseat better. Once fit into place, it looks nice enough. However, we do find that we are re-covering the lower section of the couches several times a day as the foam inserts that go into the back sides to try to hold the cover in place do not hold up to my dogs, climbing up and down off of the couch, very well and tends to become undone. Have not thought of a better way to secure them other than what is been provided so far so that we are not continually tucking the arm guards in the back piece of the cushion in behind the seat cushions. Color is as advertised and they are easy to use. Sizing appeared to be pretty accurate too so far. The only idea that I’ve had to make it so that I might not have to realign and tuck everything. Several times a day is to potentially put strips of Velcro along the back and the sides of the arm perimeter underneath the cushions and aline a connecting peace to the underside of the covers that would align with the pieces attached to the base to give it a more secure anchoring system to keep it in place. If it wasn’t for the dogs, it wouldn’t be a problem so if you’re looking for just a covered to minimize human use wear and tear, this is the product.

Content: The cover is decent. It's thin and the 'water resistance' is only for a few seconds but sometimes that's enough to prevent disaster. The foam rollers definitely do not stay in. Specifically, I have a German Shepherd, a Siberian Husky, and an Australian Cattle Dog. All three of them shed like it's the fur Olympics and each is desperate for the gold medal. I have hardwood floors and all I have to do is not sweep for 3-4 days and suddenly I have wall-to-wall carpeting. I acquired a new loveseat and this slipcover will hopefully serve as the furproof vest in the war against the never-ending onslaught of the shedmonsters. The alternative would be a (futile) attempt to keep the dogs off the furniture. This would greatly disappoint my Husky, who loves to sit next to me on the couch and offer her own commentary on whatever movie I'm trying to watch. Anyway, about this slipcover. The fit is overall pretty decent. Perfect? No, but I don't think any other size would fit the loveseat better. Once fit into place, it looks nice enough. I know that color matching would be next to impossible. My loveseat is a dark, warmish gray, so I went with a lighter gray to stay in the same family, but also give some contrast.
