Content: The media could not be loaded. We were looking for a play sofa for my 1 year old after playing with our friend’s nugget set. We didn’t want something as large as a nugget (or as expensive) since we currently live in a small apartment so this was a perfect purchase for us! I was surprised by how soft and easy to clean it was and how lightweight too! We love the cubes and how well they fit back into the sofa! I do worry about the connection between the top and bottom and that as my son grows and plays with it more and more that I may rip but as of right now, that has not happened! I also wish the zippers weren’t white, such a missed design opportunity. Other than that, we love it and give it a 10 out of 10!

Content: I really love this couch for my kids. I am amazed at how easy to clean it is and how much they love using it. In between machine washing the covers, anytime it needs spot cleaned i just use a wash cloth, scrub a little, and any dirt or messes come right off. From building forts to just relaxing and watching a movie, this is a great price for hours of entertainment. However, when it arrived to me, there was a small tear in one of the corner seams. I wanted to have it replaced with one that wasnt damaged and thats where the problems arose. Shipping it is free, but a box big enough to ship it back in costs $40. I paid $85 for it (i think its listed as $150 now) so that means technically the cost of shipping it back to have it replaced is 1/3-1/2 the cost of the actual item to begin with. It came vacuum sealed in a tiny box which means using the original isnt an option unless you so happen to know someone who has a vacuum sealer. I spoke to amazon customer service about my concerns and they assured me shipping would be free, they could start the return, send a replacement immediately, i would have 30 days to get the damaged one sent out, and they could have a ups guy come label and pick it up for me the next business day. I asked if i would need to vacuum seal it again for it to be shipped and they said no. So i agreed thinking they would just take it and handle it from there. Turns out its a box that is the problem. Now my options are spend $125 total for something that was only supposed to be $85, or pay $170 total for one good couch and one damaged couch. Its a lose-lose situation. Anyways, great product, pain in the ass to get replaced or returned.

Content: I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. I saw a girl on tic toc buy one and show it off and I remember having one when I was my daughters age, but it was in a different style. I love having one so I thought my daughter would love it. She did! It was a success buy and I am happy with it. It came in good quality, color, didn't smell bad or anything. There were no rips or flaws to the product. It came exactly as advertised minus the fact that you have to unzip it and wait 48 hours for it to fluff up, but that is because it comes super vacuumed sealed to fit in a smaller more compact box for easy shipping. I wasn't mad about the 48 hours as this product was worth the wait for my daughters smile.
