Content: It's a step! What else is there to say? Well not much... It folds nice and flat making it easy to store weather in the office, at home or on the road. This particular size is nice to have around because it doubles as a nice seat if you are working in an area where you would normally have to decide to be on your knees, or squatting.

My biggest issue is in the open position the sides do not lock in place. This results in the folded out sides tending to refold a little. If they did lock I'd rate 5 stars. For serious users you might be able to remedy that with a few pieces of furring strip and screws. However that would make it non foldable. It does fold up quickly and flat as is for easy storage. Build quality IMO is light but adequate. Cost is somewhat debatable. Overall recommend for light duty as a stool.

It works great to get them high enough to wash their hands without killing my back trying to hold them with one arm and wash with the other. But a disclaimer: it's too tall for them to climb up in their own (not a deal-breaker for us). It folds so flat that it fits anywhere in the bathroom, including between the bowl and the wall, where it's out of the way *and* making use of otherwise wasted space.
