Content: I honestly never even considered that I could afford something like this, but my sister bought one and it was amazing and very affordable. I got the 36 inch because I have a smaller living room; for now it's sitting on a stand (and looks like I had to make room for it, which I did). But, it's a wonderful art/light addition, and it functions very well also as a space heater in my chilly living room. The remote works well (on your provided AAA batteries), and it's pretty straightforward how to change colors for the flames and the crystals. Fun and beautiful (and practical in winter time). It was pretty easy to put together and came very well packaged. The one thing it doesn't tell you how to do is how to "arrange" the logs and crystals. Of course that's subjective to a point, but since there is only a small space in which to do that, and you have to remove the front glass to do it, you can best do that by laying the unit at an angle but not flat (like on a chair), putting the pieces in and eyeballing what looks good to you, and then GENTLY raising the unit up to almost vertical so you can put the front glass back on. It clicks into two "slots" on each side fairly easily; but it will likely jostle your creation a little bit. A second pair of hands would be a bonus, but I did it alone with no serious difficulty. (Sorry I didn't remove the protective film before making my movies.)

I called Amazon expecting they would ship out the missing parts but they offered me a new complete one with everything. Ie instructions and parts and they told me to keep the first one!! A week later my new one showed up and true to their word it came with everything. Easy to take apart to remove the foam and add the glass "stones" and branches. Attached the legs since it will be free standing. First, this throws alot of heat. Better than my TV stand with a bigger fireplace in it. 2nd, the colors are amazing. You can make the flame one color and the "stones" embers a different color. It is also quiet. Flames aren't realistic but still a pretty effect. Very happy with my heaters. Also with Amazon! I own an electric fireplace that cost $1500 that had two floating mantels one below one above and the fire box in this is one that I am rating now is far superior. I like everything about it easy assembly, just a fantastic unit other than this noise issue. The other thing is, I wish I knew how it worked. Is it LED or what is the operational aspects but that's just a minor issue again if they could solve the noise problem, I would change this rating to a five star.

It was pretty easy to put together and came very well packaged. The one thing it doesn't tell you how to do is how to "arrange" the logs and crystals. Content: I am torn here! It’s nice but I wish I would have listen to what others said about the wood sticks inside, they are stuck at the top and I have tried everything to them to fall. It’s not appealing looking like this. Seems to put out good amount of heat.

Content: The only reason I am reading this a one star is because the fireplace is extremely noisy. So much so that I doubt we will ever use it. I called and left a message with the company. I will try. Emailing them as well for a solution. I'll change the rating if they can solve this issue Otherwise, the flame options are fantastic! I own an electric fireplace that cost $1500 that had two floating mantels one below one above and the fire box in this is one that I am rating now is far superior. I like everything about it easy assembly, just a fantastic unit other than this noise issue. The other thing is, I wish I knew how it worked. Is it LED or what is the operational aspects but that's just a minor issue again if they could solve the noise problem, I would change this rating to a five star.

Content: This heater is far better than any other "space heater" that I've used. I placed it inside of my fireplace and once the cord is installed correctly, I can close the screen doors. Perfection. It was tricky to get the screws out to remove the packaging since they were in a bit crooked but, it was worth it!! Great heat out put, fun choices of color and reasonably quiet. Enjoy!

Content: I honestly never even considered that I could afford something like this, but my sister bought one and it was amazing and very affordable. I got the 36 inch because I have a smaller living room; for now it's sitting on a stand (and looks like I had to make room for it, which I did). But, it's a wonderful art/light addition, and it functions very well also as a space heater in my chilly living room. The remote works well (on your provided AAA batteries), and it's pretty straightforward how to change colors for the flames and the crystals. Fun and beautiful (and practical in winter time). It was pretty easy to put together and came very well packaged. The one thing it doesn't tell you how to do is how to "arrange" the logs and crystals. Of course that's subjective to a point, but since there is only a small space in which to do that, and you have to remove the front glass to do it, you can best do that by laying the unit at an angle but not flat (like on a chair), putting the pieces in and eyeballing what looks good to you, and then GENTLY raising the unit up to almost vertical so you can put the front glass back on. It clicks into two "slots" on each side fairly easily; but it will likely jostle your creation a little bit. A second pair of hands would be a bonus, but I did it alone with no serious difficulty. (Sorry I didn't remove the protective film before making my movies.)

Content: Would 100% recommend! Affordable price if you compare to other department stores. This was easy to install, a nice size for a living space, and quiet! This fireplace has a variety of different colors and even has a “sleep mode” bonus- it doesn’t feel hot and you can lock the buttons so your kids can’t change the fireplace by tapping and won’t get burned! We love ours and it is also fun for the kids to watch!

Content: First..hats off to Amazon for great customer service. I received my first heater and it came with no instructions nor hardware. I called Amazon expecting they would ship out the missing parts but they offered me a new complete one with everything. Ie instructions and parts and they told me to keep the first one!! A week later my new one showed up and true to their word it came with everything. Easy to take apart to remove the foam and add the glass "stones" and branches. Attached the legs since it will be free standing. First, this throws alot of heat. Better than my TV stand with a bigger fireplace in it. 2nd, the colors are amazing.
