Title: Brilliant!
Content: Okay so I happen to pick up a pair of tissue box covers for my living room for our side tables and in doing so I came across this one and I thought to myself this is totally weird and I have to have it. I joke but it just made sense to me. Now it looks awkward and strange and like it was made incorrectly and so the manufacturers just taking the malfunction and trying to produce something out of it and offload them. That is not the case at all. They knew exactly what they were doing when they made this. And in all honesty, all of the tissue box holders should follow in the footsteps of this design. I have this particular box sitting next to my bedside and it is so easy in the middle of the night or when needed to just reach over and pull out a Kleenex but to not have to do it from the top of the box because I find the normal covers- It takes you almost halfway through the box to get a sort of weight balance where it's not going to move all over the place. With this sort of design i noticed it just naturally seems to dispense easier but on top of that the brilliant part on top of everything is the little valet shelf on the top because you can put whatever you like up there and it's out of the way and it's a nice little space saving design. I say it's perfect for the bedside in particular because I'm a person that wears glasses and I enjoy wear wearing my earbuds throughout the day. I carry a few items constantly in my robe pocket when I'm at home and I just find it so easy to get into bed, take off my glasses and put them in the actual case they belong in and then put them on top of this holder along with my other few little items and then in the morning everything's right there where I need it to get up and go. If nothing else for me, it's creating enforcing me to create a habit that I should have a long time ago. In any event, love the design and I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're on the fence, trust me and just go for it because you won't be sorry and you'll see exactly what I mean when you put it to the test.

I disregarded the comments about being too light, because what I was going to sit on it would be heavy enough to hold it down. When it arrived, I found out that I was wrong. My husband figured out that the issue was not that it was too light....it was too smooth on the bottom. Solution - cut a piece of non-skid drawer liner to put underneath. Works perfectly! Wonderful space solver for a wonderful price. Go ahead and buy it. If you don't have extra drawer liner in the garage like I did, search for non-skid drawer liner on Amazon. Comes in lots of colors. You will find lots of uses for the extra.

Content: Very cute and functional. I love using the top as a jewelry tray. This tissue cover is definitely lightweight, which may be what your are looking for. I personally would like it to be heavier so I could grab a tissue with one hand. It’s so lightweight that I drag the tissue box if I do that. Need two hands. But it’s not a big deal. Just something to note if you’re wanting something heavier for that purpose

Content: I bought this tissue box holder because of the recessed storage area on its top. It can hold coins, a watch, etc... and can sit on the bedside table. Unfortunately, the tissue box holder doesn't weigh enough! When I pull out a tissue, the entire holder moves, sometimes causing it to tumble onto the floor, taking my coins, watch, etc.. onto the floor with it. It's a bit more stable if I set it on its side, with the tissue slot on top, rather than on the side. But, as you can see in the photo, doing so renders the recessed storage area unusable. If this tissue box holder were heavier, or if there were a way to secure it to whatever surface it's set upon, it would be perfect. However, as it's designed, the only way to reliably take a tissue out of it without having it fall to the floor is by using two hands; one hand to prevent the holder from moving and the other hand to pull out the tissue.

Content: Love this tissue box cover. The matte black looks great and having the tray at the top is a great place to put small items. The only problem is the weight: it’s so light it’s easy to pull off the counter. I added a small clock and candle to help.

Content: I needed a tissue holder that dispensed from the front for the table at the end of my couch. I disregarded the comments about being too light, because what I was going to sit on it would be heavy enough to hold it down. When it arrived, I found out that I was wrong. My husband figured out that the issue was not that it was too light....it was too smooth on the bottom. Solution - cut a piece of non-skid drawer liner to put underneath. Works perfectly! Wonderful space solver for a wonderful price. Go ahead and buy it. If you don't have extra drawer liner in the garage like I did, search for non-skid drawer liner on Amazon. Comes in lots of colors. You will find lots of uses for the extra.

Content: Okay so I happen to pick up a pair of tissue box covers for my living room for our side tables and in doing so I came across this one and I thought to myself this is totally weird and I have to have it. I joke but it just made sense to me. Now it looks awkward and strange and like it was made incorrectly and so the manufacturers just taking the malfunction and trying to produce something out of it and offload them. That is not the case at all. They knew exactly what they were doing when they made this. And in all honesty, all of the tissue box holders should follow in the footsteps of this design. I have this particular box sitting next to my bedside and it is so easy in the middle of the night or when needed to just reach over and pull out a Kleenex but to not have to do it from the top of the box because I find the normal covers- It takes you almost halfway through the box to get a sort of weight balance where it's not going to move all over the place. With this sort of design i noticed it just naturally seems to dispense easier but on top of that the brilliant part on top of everything is the little valet shelf on the top because you can put whatever you like up there and it's out of the way and it's a nice little space saving design. I say it's perfect for the bedside in particular because I'm a person that wears glasses and I enjoy wear wearing my earbuds throughout the day. I carry a few items constantly in my robe pocket when I'm at home and I just find it so easy to get into bed, take off my glasses and put them in the actual case they belong in and then put them on top of this holder along with my other few little items and then in the morning everything's right there where I need it to get up and go. If nothing else for me, it's creating enforcing me to create a habit that I should have a long time ago. In any event, love the design and I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're on the fence, trust me and just go for it because you won't be sorry and you'll see exactly what I mean when you put it to the test.
