The tassel garland you have to completely put together, each color is separate & you have to pull apart the strings, fluff them up, then tie them around the string to hang. The pom-poms are much smaller than expected, they come as a strip of connected tissues and you have to pull them apart/fluff them. But even once fluffed up they are much smaller than expected. You also have to string the happy birthday banner together. I was able to use a crochet needle which made it much easier, otherwise it would have been very time consuming to try to thread the ribbon through each letter. Ultimately it’s not a bad set for the money just be prepared to spend a lot of time assembling everything. And pay attention to the sizing if you are thinking the birthday banner letters will be big, they are only 6 inches.

Content: I got this for my girlfriends birthday last week and was blown away by how many different decorations it came with. It included with way more balloons than I expected (maybe I just didn't read the description very well) but was very happy with the assortment. Only thing I wish was that the "Happy birthday banner" came already pre- strung but it only took a few minutes to set up. Overall very happy and my girlfriend loved it. Lastly, coming from someone who isn't great at setting this stuff up it made it pretty easy.
