Content: My TP roller popped out and the end part cracked and broke off. I bought a replacement at the local big box store but the end was too big. The spring was also too stiff to comfortably retract with a roll of TP on it, so even if it had fit I wouldn't have been happy with it. In contrast, this roller fit well and was easy to to fit on the ceramic holder. The spring was easy to retract and the plastic roller seems very sturdy. In fact it seems to be better quality than the orginal which has been in use for 20+ years. That is a rarity in these days of planned obsolescence .
