Content: I like the product. The only issue is it will not lock. I have tried to twist it, as stated in the directions state. It will not lock in place. It slips and I cannot use it. I will try to get customer service by phone. I called customer service, and the representative was very kind. He verified my info, and they are sending me a replacement. I highly recommend. Content: Great sponge but the lock doesn’t work on the handle so you can’t keep it extended. I got a replacement for this reason and the second once doesn’t work either. The sponge itself is amazing at scrubbing and does the job though.

Mot worth tge price u was charged at alk However, it came with no replacement and a replacement was sent and I was charged charged 2x what a replacement actually cost. Content: I used this product to clean a shower and bathroom from ceiling to floor. The shower had mold accumulated on the ceiling and walls; I was able to get into the corners to clean it because of the shape of the head and the extendable arm. The floor had hairspray, dead skin, and hair accumulated on it, and I was finally able to scrub it well. The only improvement I would suggest is for the extendable arm to be reinforced better. I noticed it lost some stability when extended, so I was not able to scrub as hard as I personally would have liked. That being said, I tend to manhandle my tools and rely on brute force to get at layered-on grime. I was still able to put a significant amount of pressure on the head and get the surfaces clean while extended, so it is by no means fragile.

Scrubber head swivels to reach into corners and the handle extends so you can reach the tiles on the other side without stepping into the tub. Step 1 - Fill the bathtub with about 3 inches of hot water and stir in dish detergent and double strength cleaning vinegar, dip the tool head in the cleaning solution in the bathtub and use it to wet down the tiles - let it soak for about 5 minutes. Step 2 - re-wet the tiles using the cleaning solution in the tub and give the tiles a light scrub and re-wet the tiles. Step 3 - repeat Step 2 - if your grout needs additional cleaning, use a denture brush dipped into the cleaning solution in the tub. Step 4 - if any tiles are still showing soap scum, use the tool head to focus on scubbing those tiles - no need to press hard. Drain the tub, rinse the tool head and re-fill the tub with clean water. I wrapped a microfiber cloth around the tool head to rinse off the tiles twice using clean hot water each time. Job done.
