However, I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, the installation process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear and the mounting hardware provided was flimsy and did not hold up well. It took me over an hour to finally get the dispenser and holder securely mounted on the wall. Next, the automatic toothpaste dispenser does not work as advertised. It claims to dispense the perfect amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush, but in reality, it either dispenses too little or too much. And most of the time, the toothpaste gets stuck and I have to manually squeeze it out, defeating the purpose of having an automatic dispenser. The toothbrush holder is also a disappointment. It does not securely hold our toothbrushes and they often fall out, which is not only frustrating but also unhygienic. The holder is also not adjustable, so it only fits certain sizes of toothbrushes. Furthermore, the overall quality of the product is poor. The plastic feels cheap and easily breakable. I have only been using this product for a few weeks and it is already showing signs of wear and tear. To make matters worse, the design of the dispenser and holder is not user-friendly. The toothpaste tube has to be constantly readjusted to fit into the dispenser, and the holder is too small to fit more than two toothbrushes at a time. Content: Works great. Like anything else, you need to take care of it. If you are sloppy with the dispenser and the toothpaste crusts, then don't expect it to work. Keep the tip clean, keep it free of crusting. When you put a fresh tube in you need to push the air out of it to get the suction/dispensing started. When you get towards the end of what's left in the tube you just need to push the toothpaste down a little to dispense. And if that bothers you or is too much trouble, take it out and put a new one in. When you change it, CLEAN it. It Works as long as you tend to it...just like a car. Keep it oiled and greased and it will work for you for a long time. I can't stress enough....keep it clean and free from being crusted on the tip and you shouldn't have any problems.
