Content: This set came packed very nicely. Everything in the box was protected. The set came with four copies of the exact same instruction templates. I only needed one to install all four pieces. The material of the hardware is solid. I didn't strip any screws during the installation and altogether the set took me probably 20 minutes to install. The finish on the hardware looks great and is just what I was looking for. As some people have said. The T.P. holder is a bit snug for Costco rolls of T.P. but it will work just fine in my opinion. The one down side is the Allen screws that screw the hardware to the mounts. These things are tiny and so close to the wall that it makes screwing these in a big chore for people with large hands. Aside from that it wasn't really too bad of an install and it gave our bathroom a great refresh! I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking to save some money on a very decent bathroom set. I may buy another set myself for our second bathroom.

Content: The installation is super easy and includes a chart that you actually taped to the wall so there's no way that you can actually mess it up. This is great, considering the fact that I am horrible at construction and knew that I would probably screw it up. But the instructions that come with it and the video here on this listing and made it virtually impossible to screw up for me. I think given my horrible skills it turned out fairly well. Now the only downfall is this is the best-looking thing in the bathroom! I really like the fact that the towel holder was adjustable and you didn't need to use just one size you can have an extended size or you can have a short in size. In the picture show and I elected to have the short and size so that it didn't hang over the toilet. I am a landlord and given the low price, and high quality I will absolutely be back and add a bunch of these to all of my units!

I didn’t need all of the drywall anchors as a couple of the pieces went into studs, but they gave extra anyways. They have a paper template showing where to drill the holes and place the mounting hardware. I would definitely recommend this product and the company.
