In 10 or 15 min after getting out of shower this takes the chill out of the towel that's been in front of the A/C vent and its wonderful! I have been using it every day for 4 months now! Content: We have a similar towel warmer that has lasted about 12 years or so! This one seems to work just the same and just as well. It is very warm to the touch, just like our other one. Content: The bottom stand brackets broke on my towel warmer. The email provided was not valid and I cannot reach anyone to obtain new brackets. However, the towel warmer works well. I weave my body towel through one set of bars and my hair towel through the other. I turn it on as I am getting ready for my shower. My towels are always warm in about half an hour.

I had wired in a 4hr timer on an outlet to preheat a warmer and this warms my 2 full size towels in about 30-40 min but I rarely do it in advance. I turn it on when I start in the bathroom, fold 1st towel and wrap 2nd towel over and around the 1st. In 10 or 15 min after getting out of shower this takes the chill out of the towel that's been in front of the A/C vent and its wonderful! I have been using it every day for 4 months now! EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!
