I checked the other two and they were working so I purchased another brand after the return to replace the gift and kept one of the other two for myself. After 2 weeks it will no longer heat. I put my and my daughter’s clothes in it every morning while we get ready for the day too and it’s such a nice way to wake up! It’s so warm and cozy and relaxing! My only issue is that the button only seems to turn it on, not off. I placed a paper towel beside it in my photos for those that need a visual as I do! It can fit towels, robes and throws (blankets) in it with no problem. Only dry items are allowed in the warmer nothing damp nor slightly wet can go inside it, this is the only feature I didn’t care for bc I wanted to heat damp clothes for my nail clients. It heats up super quick and maintains heat. I love that I can use it to sterilize as it goes all the way up to 270 degrees! Oh and on the inside on the lockable lid is a compartment for a scent or “fragrance” disk, the instructions pack came with 1. I’ve never seen this feature before and thought it was super cool! The heating modes made keeping constant temperature and heating multiple items a breeze but be careful bc items can get hot in there if you’re not paying attention to the timer. It’s super neat if you’re a cold person that loves the warmth from cozy items.

Content: I had to come tell everyone that This Warmer is Huge! Take note that the measurements are 18.25 x 14 x 14 inches. I placed a paper towel beside it in my photos for those that need a visual as I do! It can fit towels, robes and throws (blankets) in it with no problem. Only dry items are allowed in the warmer nothing damp nor slightly wet can go inside it, this is the only feature I didn’t care for bc I wanted to heat damp clothes for my nail clients. It heats up super quick and maintains heat. I love that I can use it to sterilize as it goes all the way up to 270 degrees! Oh and on the inside on the lockable lid is a compartment for a scent or “fragrance” disk, the instructions pack came with 1. I’ve never seen this feature before and thought it was super cool! The heating modes made keeping constant temperature and heating multiple items a breeze but be careful bc items can get hot in there if you’re not paying attention to the timer. It’s super neat if you’re a cold person that loves the warmth from cozy items.

I checked the other two and they were working so I purchased another brand after the return to replace the gift and kept one of the other two for myself. After 2 weeks it will no longer heat. These are terrible!!!!

Content: My husband got me this for Christmas this year (along with a heated blanket lol) because I’m always freezing and I hate cold bath towels and I always try to put them in the dryer before my shower to warm them up a little, I can’t believe I didn’t think to get one sooner! Truthfully I thought they would just be too expensive because they seem like such a luxury but I really really love it!!! I put my and my daughter’s clothes in it every morning while we get ready for the day too and it’s such a nice way to wake up! It’s so warm and cozy and relaxing! My only issue is that the button only seems to turn it on, not off. I think it’s supposed to but mine just doesn’t lol I unplug it from the wall when I’m not using it just in case but a more functional on/off button and more sensitive temperature buttons would be ideal. They should be functional if they’re going to include them in the design lol I’m still giving it 5 stars though because it actually feels like an improvement to my life lol HIGHLY recommend! Buy it for yourself or a loved one, it was such an amazing gift to receive!!!

Content: I ordered 3 of these, 2 for Christmas gifts and one for myself. The one I opened never would heat so I returned. I checked the other two and they were working so I purchased another brand after the return to replace the gift and kept one of the other two for myself. After 2 weeks it will no longer heat. These are terrible!!!!

Content: My husband got me this for Christmas this year (along with a heated blanket lol) because I’m always freezing and I hate cold bath towels and I always try to put them in the dryer before my shower to warm them up a little, I can’t believe I didn’t think to get one sooner! Truthfully I thought they would just be too expensive because they seem like such a luxury but I really really love it!!! I put my and my daughter’s clothes in it every morning while we get ready for the day too and it’s such a nice way to wake up! It’s so warm and cozy and relaxing! My only issue is that the button only seems to turn it on, not off. I think it’s supposed to but mine just doesn’t lol I unplug it from the wall when I’m not using it just in case but a more functional on/off button and more sensitive temperature buttons would be ideal. They should be functional if they’re going to include them in the design lol I’m still giving it 5 stars though because it actually feels like an improvement to my life lol HIGHLY recommend! Buy it for yourself or a loved one, it was such an amazing gift to receive!!!

Content: I had to come tell everyone that This Warmer is Huge! Take note that the measurements are 18.25 x 14 x 14 inches. I placed a paper towel beside it in my photos for those that need a visual as I do! It can fit towels, robes and throws (blankets) in it with no problem. Only dry items are allowed in the warmer nothing damp nor slightly wet can go inside it, this is the only feature I didn’t care for bc I wanted to heat damp clothes for my nail clients. It heats up super quick and maintains heat. I love that I can use it to sterilize as it goes all the way up to 270 degrees! Oh and on the inside on the lockable lid is a compartment for a scent or “fragrance” disk, the instructions pack came with 1. I’ve never seen this feature before and thought it was super cool! The heating modes made keeping constant temperature and heating multiple items a breeze but be careful bc items can get hot in there if you’re not paying attention to the timer. It’s super neat if you’re a cold person that loves the warmth from cozy items.

Gave this as a Christmas present to my aunt for her cabin up north and she loves it so far. It keeps her towels perfectly warm when she gets out of the shower.
