I have done all of the troubleshooting of checking the outlet taking out the towel contents shifting it around checking the bottom springs but it heats up if and when it wants to. And after only using it for three months, not even every day consecutively during those three months, it’s very disappointing to see that it is no longer working. And also the outside white finish is very cheap again. It stayed in my closet and looks very filthy and old for just one year of having this item.

Content: This thing works great for the price! It's a good compact size for our bathroom, yet can fit 2 large thick towels perfectly. We never have to use the higher time settings, and with the 30 min setting, towels are mostly warm/hot by the time the shower is over (which is only about 10-15 min). Towels heat up quick!! Content: Bought this Jan 13 2024, used it during the cold months up until mid March. Once it finally started to get cold in mid December on the East Coast I decided to bring out the towel warmer from my clothing closet to start to use it again. And to my surprise, it is not functioning. It does not adequately heat the towel in there anymore. I have done all of the troubleshooting of checking the outlet taking out the towel contents shifting it around checking the bottom springs but it heats up if and when it wants to. And after only using it for three months, not even every day consecutively during those three months, it’s very disappointing to see that it is no longer working. And also the outside white finish is very cheap again. It stayed in my closet and looks very filthy and old for just one year of having this item.

I give him a warm blanket and put a spare in to warm, so he always as a source of heat. i am so glad I ordered this.
