Content: I cannot say enough good things about this towel warmer. It holds 2 large towels or my robe. It was easy to set up. It is easy to use. It looks good in my bathroom. The towels are perfectly warmed. I always place them in before my bath or shower and set the unit at 30 mins since I like my towels very warm. The scent holder is a bonus as my towels smell really good when I pull them out of the unit. The company contacted me about 6 weeks after my purchase and sent me a free towel just because I purchased this unit. I am planning on purchasing 2 more for Christmas presents for my adult kiddos. This was an inspired buy and worth every penny. I have never had an issue with it working as I read about in a few reviews. I never knew what I was missing until I bought this towel warmer, and I'm really happy that I decided to indulge myself.

Content: I love my new towel warmer~ Heat that you can feel in about 15 mins and 30 mins gets as warm as One can bear. It has been amazing for relieving my back ache after a long day of work. I like where the power button is located. It’s Easy to access and easy to use. The auto shut off is a great safety feature. It goes off on its own after about an hour; if I forget. it’s slim design is great for any space~ Seems to have the capacity of about a 5 gallon bucket. I love the fragrance disc. This was my main reason for choosing this model~ leaves behind a subtle aroma of my favorite scent which is typically lavender in the evening and mint for the morning. I can fit my extremely large terrycloth robe and a towel at them same time; if I compress them well enough. It’s a nice looking machine and accents my bathroom beautifully. I’m very happy I decided to treat myself for Mother’s Day. Well worth the money

Content: I bought 3 of these at Christmas. Of course, one for me, which I really like. I use lightweight beach towels, which I never thought about using after a shower. What I discovered was, the towels are bigger than the stander bathroom towels which gives you more towel to dry with & they heat up faster and seem warmer than the bulky towels. (Which I did try.) But I do wish the towels got just a tad warmer, but they are really warm enough. Depends on your preference. I gifted on to my Daught-in-law, she likes it a lot. I gifted another to someone else, which they returned it to me without trying it out. Some people you just can't please. So I returned it and got a refund. That was good. Kudos to the seller! One thing I don't like is in the pamphlet it says the deodorant holder inside the lid will only last about 2 years. It's made of plastic. So that was a disappointing. I do wonder how long the plastic lid will last. Guess I'll find out how long the whole thing lasts. I can't say I would recommend this particular towel warmer because I've never had one before. I would like to try a different brand after this one wears out just to see. I did read several reviews and this one stood out to me.

Content: I waited about 30 days to write three review for this product just to make sure it’s still worked properly, and I can honestly say this is one of the best investments I ever made for myself! As someone who’s always freezing the second, I step out of the shower or into bed I use this at least twice a day to warm my towels and a small blanket before sleep! it’s so easy you just drop it in whatever time you’d like it to warm up sometimes I get impatient and I only do 10 minutes of the first 15 and it’s still fine. Absolutely love this product. It looks nice. Works great!!

This looks and feels like something the rich and famous would own, but it was designed and priced for the average household. It is intended for towels, but I can also place my pajamas and socks in it, which is another incredible sensation. Simply turning it on will cause it to heat up. It's certainly not rocket science. This item is well-made, attractive, and functional. In addition, it makes me a cheerful camper.

Content: We purchased this towel warmer back in March for our master bath and although I like it, I wish I could’ve loved it. I found that the warmer doesn’t distribute heat evenly and the only way it does is you have to set the timer to 60 minutes at a time and keep reheating to get a decent amount of warmth to your towels. My showers generally last about 15 minutes, so I would turn the warmer on and set it for 15 minutes and by the time I would finish my shower, the towel would be cold, so I figured either it wasn’t warming at the 15 minute timer or it was cooling down quickly. Turns out it wasn’t heating at 15 minutes, so in order to get good heat distribution through the towels I would have to keep reheating until they were warm enough. So in order to avoid having cold towels I would just put the towels in and set the timer for 60 minutes before we shower, so that way the towels will be somewhat warm. This evening, however, I was getting ready to shower and so I did as I usually do—I put my towel in the warmer and turned it on and set it for 45 minutes. The towel was sort of lukewarm so I rearranged it inside it warmer and reset the timer to 30 minutes. When I came back to the bathroom to shower, I smelled something burning and when I checked the towel warmer, it was HOT hot. The unit also wouldn’t turn on, so I unplugged it and showered and the towel warmer actually kept the towel very hot, even after being unplugged. So after an hour or so I plugged it back in and turned it back on to check it and it worked. Well, after I showered, I put the towel back in the warmer and in the middle of the night I went to the bathroom—same burning smell—and saw the warmer with a code E3. I unplugged it but the top of it had melted and my towel—my $50 towel—is scorched to pieces. The warmer is useless at this point and maybe we’ve gotten our money’s worth, but after six months, I’ll never know. Not sure I recommend it.
