Content: I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers. It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

As tempting as it was to go with a less expensive model, sometimes you get what you pay for. I did read some of the reviews on this and some complaints about it only lasting a few years. Well I will say that ours did last approximately 2.5 years, but with 3 people using it daily I feel that was an acceptable life expectancy. This thing is game changer for your bath or shower routine. It heats up your towels or robe and is such an embrace wrapping the warmth around you after stepping out of a shower. I remember the first time my husband used it he called me at work and was like OMG this thing is amazing. One of those little luxuries you never knew you wanted or needed until you had it. I will definitely continue to purchase this brand as I know what it does and it does what we love.

Content: Worked great for 6 months until is just stopped heating up. The light changes from blue to red after it's up to temperature and it just stopped heating up and the light just stays blue. I repurchased the exact same brand towel warmer after our original died after 2 full years, which seemed reasonable. I guess the newer version is just worse. Content: Really warms up towels, bathrobes, etc wonderfully! Greatest pleasure getting out of the shower and grabbing a nice warm towel to wrap yourself in! Only thing I didn’t like is that the insides of the bucket get extremely hot! If you accidentally rub your hand on the side whilst grabbing the towel, you will get burned! Same thing does not happen with the sides of a clothes dryer, for example. Might be warm but not burning hot. Just a precaution.

This would have been a better product if the heating element was multiple pieces so if one burned out, it could still work instead of becoming just another piece of trash in the landfill. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This would have been a better product if the heating element was multiple pieces so if one burned out, it could still work instead of becoming just another piece of trash in the landfill. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. Well I will say that ours did last approximately 2.5 years, but with 3 people using it daily I feel that was an acceptable life expectancy. This thing is game changer for your bath or shower routine. It heats up your towels or robe and is such an embrace wrapping the warmth around you after stepping out of a shower. I remember the first time my husband used it he called me at work and was like OMG this thing is amazing. One of those little luxuries you never knew you wanted or needed until you had it. I will definitely continue to purchase this brand as I know what it does and it does what we love.

I remember the first time my husband used it he called me at work and was like OMG this thing is amazing. One of those little luxuries you never knew you wanted or needed until you had it. I will definitely continue to purchase this brand as I know what it does and it does what we love.

Content: Worked great for 6 months until is just stopped heating up. The light changes from blue to red after it's up to temperature and it just stopped heating up and the light just stays blue. I repurchased the exact same brand towel warmer after our original died after 2 full years, which seemed reasonable. I guess the newer version is just worse. I will obviously not be purchasing from this brand anymore.

Title: Wonderful but be careful with hot sides inside
Content: Really warms up towels, bathrobes, etc wonderfully! Greatest pleasure getting out of the shower and grabbing a nice warm towel to wrap yourself in! Only thing I didn’t like is that the insides of the bucket get extremely hot! If you accidentally rub your hand on the side whilst grabbing the towel, you will get burned! Same thing does not happen with the sides of a clothes dryer, for example. Might be warm but not burning hot. Just a precaution.

Content: After trying one at a friend's house, we bought one, and my wife was very happy, until one day, 7 months later, it wouldn't turn on. Contacted customer service through their website, about a week later, got an email from them asking for some more information, and today, a new unit was dropped off at our door! We had previously told several friends about these, and will continue to do so! So nice to find a company stand behind its product and warranty with no arguments!
Title: Doesn’t last. 11 months lifespan.
Content: Worked well for 11 months. I took it apart to see the failure reason. The heating element in one continuous strand. It overheated and burned out. This would have been a better product if the heating element was multiple pieces so if one burned out, it could still work instead of becoming just another piece of trash in the landfill. I would recommend NOT purchasing this because it will not last.

Content: Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. If you want to see another review check out “the hot tub lady” on YouTube and her video about the best accessories for owning a hot tub. It’s that is what motivated me to buy this! I’m very happy with my purchase!
