Content: This came in a super flat package which had me worried. But after opening the vacuum sealed pack the pillow slowly came too full size. It's very soft. The only drawback is the buttons to secure it.... There's 2 buttons but even the one giving the most room is suffocating for me. I'm 5'3 250lbs & def have a double chin. My husband is 6'1 & 230 with no double chin & he also could barely button it. When he did he felt like it was choking him also. So depending on your body size, the buttons may not work for you. However, even without using them, the pillow fits around the neck fine & does the job. You just won't be able to secure it in place.

I wish it cane with a cover but I'll purchase that separately to keep it tucked away.

This soft foam pillow supports my neck without making it feel like it is trapped in a heavy and rigid vice. It's nice to have a pillow designed just the neck that doesn't involve having to place my whole head in a cradle. At one point I fell asleep watching TV and when I woke up it was still comfortable. I got a kick out of the package which was only about 1" high. Huh? It turned out the pillow was compressed in a vaccum pack bag and within ten minutes of removing it, it puffed up to full size. I like it a lot.

Content: It took me 3 diff neck cushions to finally get the right one. I am petite 12 in neck. I have arthritis. Sit on couch with a rolled up towel. This fits great..has 2 snaps. Watch the video of the product. I'm using it now ..so soft perfect. I hope after when I take it off I'm not in pain. But watching TV sitting up fabulous so far.

Content: It took me 3 diff neck cushions to finally get the right one. I am petite 12 in neck. I have arthritis. Sit on couch with a rolled up towel. This fits great..has 2 snaps. Watch the video of the product. I'm using it now ..so soft perfect. I hope after when I take it off I'm not in pain. But watching TV sitting up fabulous so far.

Content: This came in a super flat package which had me worried. But after opening the vacuum sealed pack the pillow slowly came too full size. It's very soft. The only drawback is the buttons to secure it.... There's 2 buttons but even the one giving the most room is suffocating for me. I'm 5'3 250lbs & def have a double chin. My husband is 6'1 & 230 with no double chin & he also could barely button it. When he did he felt like it was choking him also. So depending on your body size, the buttons may not work for you. However, even without using them, the pillow fits around the neck fine & does the job. You just won't be able to secure it in place.

It came flat but expanded once it was out of the vaccum bag. Versatile I was able to click it onto my backpack. No installation required. It has to snap button clips and zipper. I wish it cane with a cover but I'll purchase that separately to keep it tucked away.

This soft foam pillow supports my neck without making it feel like it is trapped in a heavy and rigid vice. It's nice to have a pillow designed just the neck that doesn't involve having to place my whole head in a cradle. At one point I fell asleep watching TV and when I woke up it was still comfortable. I got a kick out of the package which was only about 1" high. Huh? It turned out the pillow was compressed in a vaccum pack bag and within ten minutes of removing it, it puffed up to full size. I like it a lot.

Content: It took me 3 diff neck cushions to finally get the right one. I am petite 12 in neck. I have arthritis. Sit on couch with a rolled up towel. This fits great..has 2 snaps. Watch the video of the product. I'm using it now ..so soft perfect. I hope after when I take it off I'm not in pain. But watching TV sitting up fabulous so far.

Content: This came in a super flat package which had me worried. But after opening the vacuum sealed pack the pillow slowly came too full size. It's very soft. The only drawback is the buttons to secure it.... There's 2 buttons but even the one giving the most room is suffocating for me. I'm 5'3 250lbs & def have a double chin. My husband is 6'1 & 230 with no double chin & he also could barely button it. When he did he felt like it was choking him also. So depending on your body size, the buttons may not work for you. However, even without using them, the pillow fits around the neck fine & does the job. You just won't be able to secure it in place.

I wish it cane with a cover but I'll purchase that separately to keep it tucked away.

This soft foam pillow supports my neck without making it feel like it is trapped in a heavy and rigid vice. It's nice to have a pillow designed just the neck that doesn't involve having to place my whole head in a cradle. At one point I fell asleep watching TV and when I woke up it was still comfortable. I got a kick out of the package which was only about 1" high. Huh? It turned out the pillow was compressed in a vaccum pack bag and within ten minutes of removing it, it puffed up to full size. I like it a lot.

Content: This came in a super flat package which had me worried. But after opening the vacuum sealed pack the pillow slowly came too full size. It's very soft. The only drawback is the buttons to secure it.... There's 2 buttons but even the one giving the most room is suffocating for me. I'm 5'3 250lbs & def have a double chin. My husband is 6'1 & 230 with no double chin & he also could barely button it. When he did he felt like it was choking him also. So depending on your body size, the buttons may not work for you. However, even without using them, the pillow fits around the neck fine & does the job. You just won't be able to secure it in place.

Content: I like that it wasn't super soft. The texture was great, really like the blue colour. It functioned as intended, great memory foam neck support. It came flat but expanded once it was out of the vaccum bag. Versatile I was able to click it onto my backpack. No installation required. It has to snap button clips and zipper. I wish it cane with a cover but I'll purchase that separately to keep it tucked away.

Content: I have recently bought and returned various "neck pillows" that worked poorly. This one has a lot going for it. The price is less than half what I paid for the other pillows. This soft foam pillow supports my neck without making it feel like it is trapped in a heavy and rigid vice. It's nice to have a pillow designed just the neck that doesn't involve having to place my whole head in a cradle. At one point I fell asleep watching TV and when I woke up it was still comfortable. I got a kick out of the package which was only about 1" high. Huh? It turned out the pillow was compressed in a vaccum pack bag and within ten minutes of removing it, it puffed up to full size. I like it a lot.

Content: It took me 3 diff neck cushions to finally get the right one. I am petite 12 in neck. I have arthritis. Sit on couch with a rolled up towel. This fits great..has 2 snaps. Watch the video of the product. I'm using it now ..so soft perfect. I hope after when I take it off I'm not in pain. But watching TV sitting up fabulous so far.
