Content: This was purchased as a gift for my 5-year-old grandchild. She loves it! It was fairly easy to assemble but it did take two of us. It was a little heavy for me to lift but my strong nephew had no problem. The open areas on the sides are ideal for using storage baskets.

Content: The instruction manual shows all the steps with clear images and all the parts have stickers with the part number. Thus, even though the size is pretty big, I was able to assemble it by myself within 30 minutes. There are a lot of long screws to install so they are as sturdy as the real furniture. Because of that, I don't think it's going to suddenly collapse when my daughter plays with it. Also, the mirror is acrylic so it wont be shattered which I feel is important safety feature for kids toy. Design-wise, this is really good size for my 4 year-old. She can sit on the chair and her feet touch the ground. The base is large so my daughter feels comfortable sitting. The white color can also match with any place so if we ever move to a new place, we can definitely take it with us. Also, as my picture is shown, since it is spacious, my daughter can place all her pretend makeup items without any issue!

Content: Mirrors are nice plastic so it was in good shape after shipping, and still provides a good mirror surface without being warped or cloudy. Round corners have already proved helpful, and I like that the mirror sides are held open with pegs, but could be allowed to shut without them. Pink surface was in good condition but it took 2 weeks of being unboxed/built before it stopped smelling bad. It's nice and smooth so vinyl stickers and decals work well if you want to customize it.
