Content: It is a good product. Perfect size and instructions are accurate. It was easy to install and I was able to do it myself (almost zero handy skills). Blinds adjustment is smooth. I have it on for months now and holds well. It looks custom-made for less the price. Will buy again for my other windows.

Content: First, I am a huge fan of the up-down blinds. Want a little air pull it down a little and crack open the window. Sun in your eyes, move the shade to block it and still let light in down below. They are well made and a great price for up-downs. Installing them was pretty easy. The one complaint is that the one set of screw are really short. I think with the tug of raising and lowering the blinds thy would not hold. So we went to the hardware store and bought slightly longer, but otherwise identical, ones.

Content: We had already installed these cordless cellular shades in three rooms as remodeling was completed. We loved the top down feature that gave us both light and privacy at night. It was an added bonus that having the bottom of the windows covered on those coldest winter days helped retain the warmth inside! So we ordered more as the last two rooms were completed, but much to our disappointment, they did not function properly. After contacting the seller and sending a couple of pictures, they very quickly responded and sent another 'quality controlled' and 'expedited' order. They are now installed and working perfectly and we are proud to have them in our 'new' space!

Content: These were a breeze to install! I ordered two sets and the only issue was a missing metal bracket so I could only install one for now. Seller said they would expedite the missing piece. If that happens, I'll order 4 more blinds. However I'm looking for regular cordless w/o top down capabilities and I need them to be less depth. Having a hard time finding those specs. The pair I ordered here work great for two picture windows without protruding hardware. The top bracket is approx 2" deep and the bottom is approx 1.5" deep. Very nice for the price and ease of installation.

Content: Frame Quality 3.5: The plastic frame is not durable. I just installed these on 8/14/23 and time will tell how long the frames will last. However, these kits were supplied with three metal support brackets to fasten to the window which should prevent sagging for some time. Kutos for that! Cellular Honeycomb material 4 stars: Quality seems to be well for the price point. I actual am content with the over material. Purchase was a 5: I provided the correct measurements and in return they shipped the correct color and size on the first try. Zero errors. Product satisfaction is a 3: Over all functionality is not bad right now because they are new but when I pull the shades down I can see the stress on the lower and upper plastic frame.
