I think this blanket helps with calming down. It's soft enough and looks well-constructed. I like that the beads are glass instead of plastic as I am trying to reduce the amount of plastic we use. The blanket came in a zip up case that we can store the blanket in when it gets too hot here (as long as we can figure out how to stuff it back in). The information pamphlet included has a weird origin story on the back...I suggest some editing of that (or removing it completely), if the company is reading this... The blanket itself is great, and I recommend it for your sensitive child.
