I like the 20-lbs but I give it 4-start instead of 5-because I think that I'm the only one in my family who would be strong enough to use it. The smaller family members I know would not like the compression of 20-lbs - but personlly I think I sleep better with a heavier weight as I fidget a ton and don't seem to move too much when I have this. It does seem to have a calming effect on me.
