Title: Excellent quality, great features even if a little difficult to install!
Content: I purchased these drapes (and sheer) with double automated tracks for an oversized sliding glass balcony door with windows above - they're large! The ordering was a little complicated (because you have to order the drapes and sheer separately), but they emailed me and clarified that and made the process a bit easier. At 102"H x 114"W the total order came to $1,231.75 (which is actually a fraction of the price of local quotes through the hardware store). The install took a bit - about 3 hours for the initial install, and 2 hours trying to get the motors on WiFi and connect to my Alexa app. The install itself was fairly straight-forward if you're comfortable with a drill and anchors, and easy to handle with one person - I really thought it would require two people, but it does not. They do lack measurement advice! I would recommend lining up the top of the brackets (again, for motorized tracks) 2-3" above the ordered curtain height - this was a bit of a guessing game, but I lucked out. At 2" over the height I found that there are plastic hooks that are adjustable (probably up to 1.5-2") so the drapes and sheer float nicely 0.5" off the ground - this was a lifesaver, but great design! I hooked the drapes to the "rear track" to cover the sheer on the sides and, with the cloth valence, they look great! Last, the WiFi connection was difficult. I was not at all successful using the Graywind app (and I'm an IT guy with a very automated smart home, so this isn't user error). I found out (by accident) that the "Gosund" app is compatible and able to detect the devices. After that, connecting to Alexa was automatic. If you have to change the names however, delete everything and re-add them one at a time - I spent too long figuring this out. Overall I'm ecstatic with the purchase, and impressed with the overall quality, so my only two suggestions: (1) give better guidance on measuring the starting height to install the brackets, and (2) fix the app! If you are not familiar with these installs, measure the height (left side, middle, and right side), add 3" to the highest point (in case your floors or door jamb are uneven, not uncommon) and use a level to draw the line for your mount points. If you get that right, the rest is tedious, but straight-forward (and the instruction booklet contains a lot, but read it first).

Content: My package arrived damaged and parts were missing, Greywind promptly sent replacement parts which arrived in 10 days. I installed the curtains with a bit of frustration, however i was able to do it and they work and look great. They integrated with Alexia and now i can open them with a voice command. Their install video was helpful but not perfect. I would give 5 stars if the video was more detailed. I am happy.

Content: The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased 3 sets of these drapes over the past several months & I had to write a review about this product & company. As you can see in The video, the drapes are beautiful & work great with Alexa. We have ours on a schedule to open when the sunrises & close when the sunsets. It’s been about 6 months now & we have had zero problems! The installation was slightly difficult to figure out because the directions were not the best, but once we took a long look at the product it wasn’t too difficult to install. Does NOT require a brain scientist! After I ordered the two sets of smart drapes, I wanted a set of drapes that matched but didn’t need to be motorized. I contacted the company with my request & they emailed me a quote. I was nervous to place an order this way, but went ahead because the customer service had been impeccable with the two previous orders. I was able to make the custom purchase through Amazon & they just arrived this week. They are PERFECT! I’m so impressed with this product & the company. If you are thinking about buying these, do it!!

Content: The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with the quality of my curtains. The fabric is beautiful and heavy. It feels and looks like a quality product. I'm also very happy with the customer service I received. I ordered my curtains too wide. When following the instructions to order 1.3 times the width of the opening, I ended up with a rod longer than the width of available wall space. The door I'm covering is in a "bump out" so there is only a few inches of space on either side of the sliding door. I contacted Graywind via Whatsapp and they resolved my issue immediately by re-making the order in a smaller size. I was only charged for the shipping cost. I received the re-made curtains and rod today. They work perfectly and look great. Very happy with the whole experience.

Content: The media could not be loaded. I installed the curtain myself, took around half of the day, but I did it first time and it worked out very well. The curtain quality is good, the motor works very quiet. Overall I am super happy with the product. And it came to me much faster than I expected. Thanks to seller!!! BTW it works perfectly with my Google Home, on video I’m showing how I open and close it, pause it also with the remote, but I can do all the same with my voice or phone.

Content: Giving 3 starts for two reasons. 1- I ordered with express shipping, took vacations to install it with time. It was delayed and delivered in the following week. I had to contact the seller to know that there was an issue that delayed my order. They refunded my express payment (as it should). Customer service is responsive, but still failed on me. 2- I’m in the second week with it installed and still wasn’t able to add it to Tuya app or Alexa. I already have other smart curtain. Installed and added to Tuya, but this one I can’t make it. So unfortunately I can only use it with the remote controller. (Luckily I ordered one because it’s optional).
