I bought the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Orthotics a few days ago. The arch support is very firm, but the top material that touches your feet is comfortable. Overall, a good product! I usually wear a size US 10 in men's shoes, but the size 10-10.5 insoles didn’t fit well in most of my shoes, even after removing the original insoles. So, I tried the 9-9.5 size, which turned out to fit much better.

They provide more support and fit in most of my shoes without trimming. My advice is to buy a size smaller than your usual shoe size. If you have flat feet, your "true" foot size might be smaller after rebuilding your arch. I'm planning to walk 30 minutes daily with these insoles to see the results!
