Complaints: The grooves for the wheels were larger than the wheels on the base of my bed frame, which led to the wheels still rolling around too loosely inside the risers. My solution was to lay some old rags into the wheel well for added cushion and to fill up the loose space, and so far that has worked just fine. I really like these and would buy them again if needed.
