Content: This is a great product. I have no complaints! I have a 25’ tall chimney flume on a wood burning insert. It has 2 x 90 degree bends and the poles made it through with no issues at all. Very flexible, durable and thick. The pins that hold it together are tight. I had more difficulty trying to get them apart than the worry I had that they would come apart inside the chimney! Very secure. For chimney’s only! Do not use this on your dryer vent, the brush is designed for chimneys and not dryer vents. Buy a separate tool for that. I was signing Chim Chim Cher-ee from Mary Poppins the whole time! The task took all of 20 minutes and little mess after 10 years of no cleaning. Sweep up and wash hands. This is a very well made product designed to last years if not decades!

Content: I have a wood stove with a 32 foot stainless liner through the chimney. Went from the top on roof with a garbage bag wrapped around flue pipe at the bottom. Took 30 minutes. It gets a little heavy, but take short breaks between adding rods. Only go on your roof if you are safe and know what you’re doing. I tie off with a harness and permanent roof anchor. You can use this set from the bottom, the rods are very flexible, it just might make a little more mess—maybe you can rig up a vacuum.
