Title: Works better than I had hoped!
Content: The media could not be loaded. Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Content: This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck. The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again. Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.

They shipped with some nice crystal media to place on the bottom of the fireplace to diffuse the LED lights, I did not install the crystals when I took the video, but I would imagine doing so would definitely add to the appearance. I was torn between this unit for $200, and another u it for $550, I ordered them both. The other unit arrives in 2-3 days. I will update this review when the other product arrives to let you know if I think the other unit was better, and if so, was a better amount to warrant a price tag nearly 3x as much. Overall, for $200, this is a nice addition to any home, but don’t expect it to look as good as it does in their ad.

Content: The media could not be loaded. Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Content: This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck. The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again. Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.
