Title: Works and looks perfect
Content: The media could not be loaded. I didn’t know how I was going to get the 7 foot tall , 40 pound box that Amazon delivery drivers left for me up my stairs to where I needed this fountain to be, but I was so excited to receive it that I needed to find a way. Step-by-step I methodically walked it up the stairs one by one over the course of about 15 minutes. But I got it there. Then I started the unboxing. Should’ve done unboxing video. It was quite well packed and quite a fun discovery to see where and what everything was. I was worried about the mirror being shipped, and the potential for it to be broken, but it wasn’t. It was packed very well, as all the other parts, I read the assembly instructions and starting the assembly all in all, probably took me 30 minutes by myself. it’s large and a little unwieldy and a little heavy so it might be easier for two people or a stronger person, but I worked it out I was excited to get it and I’m more excited that its set up and running. Take a look at the video and you can see why. Oh, I added the black rocks for more visual appeal on top of the beige rocks that came with the fountain. I also think plants surrounding it either way to go. I just placed up a couple that I had sitting around.

Content: The sound and aesthetics are nice. You can close your eyes and imagine a babbling stream nearby. The spotlight is a bit glaring and doesn't add much for us, but we have recessed dimmable 5k kelvin lighting, so we don't use it. One tip, only fill once you measure in where you want it and don't go much over 5 gallons at first. 6.5 just poured out the back as I filled it very precisely. 5 works just fine. It also splatters when you turn it off, just FYI. Never during normal operation though, which is exactly what we desired. The minimal splatter at shutoff is not excessive. Find a smart outlet device and on and off works great to remote it. Easy to put together with one person. We used the same stones as our patio versus the included ones since we can see the patio in the windows to either side. Heck, maybe glow stones for low light or darkness to really make it beautiful in the dark. For the price, we are very happy with this water feature. I only dropped one star because of the critical overfill issue. If you overfill it (do not use 6.5 gallons), it needs to be drained, moved to towels, floor cleaned and dried, moved to more towels then in place and refilled again. Avoid the panic fix and it is perfect.

Content: The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings. It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together. We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much! The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops... I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it. I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see!

Content: I am not gonna lie it took me a few months after moving into my new house to set this up. The reviews looked amazing and it was just the right centerpiece for my living room. Now we are not talking about a $30 table top fountain here, and my time had already passed on being able to return. Which was ok until I built it. The first night it leaked literally everywhere in my house flooding my living room. I found the "culprit" in the design that was doing it and no matter what I have done the thing still leaks. Not to mention it is very loud which is weird to me as I have many landscaped, fish tank etc that have flowing water and it doesn't sound like a semi taking off. 3 and most importantly the bulb for the light is an absolute fire hazard. I couldn't cook that thing in my air fryer to make it hot than it is plugged in. Not sure what all of the good reviews are about, but now I am down almost a grand for garbage.

Content: This is to-date my biggest Amazon purchase and I couldn't be happier. Delivery was excellent, packaging was very good, it was super easy to assemble, and it runs beautifully. The fountain is a very impressive statement piece in my living room. I love that it sits on the floor so I didn't have to worry about mounting a heavy item to studs. My fountain is plugged into a smart plug so I just tell Alexa to turn on the fountain when I get home, or from my phone if I want it on when I arrive with guests, and I have instant waterfall. The sound is very relaxing, and I've had no issues with the pump. I don't get nearly the evaporation I expected, which is nice - I don't have to add water often at all. The price of this fountain was much better than I could find elsewhere but not to worry - the quality is excellent, and the unit overall looks and functions like a very expensive fountain. I contacted customer service with a concern that turned out to be nothing, but they were responsive and helpful. Overall, I think this fountain is an excellent price and choice for a tall, beautiful, and impressive addition if you are looking for a home or office fountain. I'm a very satisfied buyer.
