Content: This fountain was easy to assemble by myself, inside my air conditioned house, on the kitchen island (I put down a layer of cardboard to protect the counter surface. My wife liked that idea) so there was no sweating by the pond, with all the parts spread out on the ground. I used a garden cart to carry it down to the pond from the house (but if you have a 12 year+ child, get them to help you carry it). The two 70' guy wires and 100' electric cord make a great anchoring trio. I was able to attach each to a tree instead of using the stakes provided. This provided a very secure placement. It is easy to adjust the placement by tightening and loosening the guy wires. I discovered my pond is about 6' deep in the middle. I secured the guy wires temporarily to nearby trees, waded with the unit into 4' water, then waded back to shore to move the wires to different trees to adjust the position. I didn't use a boat, just waded in creek shoes and jeans. IMPORTANT NOTE: the bottom was muddier and thicker than I anticipated, and if you lose your balance because your weight shifts and you can't move your feet quick enough to maintain your balance in the muck, YOU WILL DROWN IF YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING TO HANG ON TO. It's a matter of the water being too deep for you to push up from the bottom with your arms. So have a friend with you and DON'T LET GO OF THE FLOATING UNIT if you start to fall; consider bringing a long stick to help you keep or regain your balance. And don't forget the friend! The fountain worked perfectly on the first try, and it was easy to adjust the placement by moving the wires to different trees. The fountain is large and beautiful, and the first day it began improving the water in my pond! I would definitely buy this product again. NOTE: While the directions are common sense, the English was written by someone who was not a native speaker and their spell-checker did not correct the errors, so you will need to read and decipher the directions a couple of times to make sure you understand everything. ALSO, the directions call for a hex Allen wrench. You don't need an Allen wrench; you need two socket wrenches. And it would be a good idea to buy 8 large washers to place on each end of the four bolts that hold the float plate in place. While this might be unnecessary, it is a good idea. ONE MORE NOTE: if you have a magnet on a telescoping rod, bring it with you to the pond. if you drop a metal part in the water, it will be a lot easier to find!

Content: Update, the float takes on water (maybe missing some plugs?) and the support email address is invalid. Just received/ installed yesterday and absolutely love it. It is heavier than you might expect but manageable. Assembly is fairly easy, getting it in the water and setting anchor cables took the longest. Really hoping it will help clear up the water over time. This is a great value for the money.

Content: I like this fountain. The only issue was that the bottom cover to stop gook from being sucked in doesn't stay on as well as it should. It's the type with a pull thing to tighten the string and as we were trying to move the fountain out to the center of the pond I think we lost it. My aunt's pond also had issues with a large amount of algea appearing the morning after she turned it on... Right now it's off but she'll try it again soon.

Content: The first one I received had the plastic nozzle damaged so I returned it. I made suggestions on how to package it differently and this is the first time I’ve ever had a mfg/distributor do as suggested. The 2nd order arrived with no damage and they also include a 2nd nozzle for free. I installed this in my pond in less than 45 minutes ( including assembly) and have ran it for a couple weeks with zero issues. It’s keeping my quarter acre pond clear and looks great. This will not clear up the duckweed, Sonar is best for that and the fountain keeps it looking fresh.

Content: After I received my new fountain I discovered the float had a crack which allowed water to enter and start causing it to loose it's buoyancy. I notified Amazon and they directed me to the HEALTHY AQUA website. I filed all the documentation required that very night and within 3 days I received a FedEx replacement shipment. I can't express my sincere thanks to such a reputable company!
