Title: Looks and functions as advertised.
Content: I purchased the Duluth fireplace. It was easy to install. Hook up was easy. I used the propane hookup. What i like is how easy it is to use and the remote features is nice. Their is no high or low setting. Unit is either on or off. That being said it has very real looking flames and does warm up my family room and adjoining rooms quickly. The remote has a thermost built into it and will shutoff at the temp you set it to, and turns itsself back on when temp drops below your setting. The fireplace changed the whole look of our room and everyone that comes over says how nice it looks in the room. I do recomend this fireplace.

Content: The product is good and was recommended by one of my neighbors who loves the product. When unpacking I found that one of thelogs in the log set was broken, I tried calling the toll free number on the manual and I was advised that you have to email them directly. I have emaled them everyday for a week and still have not even received an email back. Just terrible way to do business. If it wasn't for no customer service the item would be great

Content: We have been using our fireplace for almost 2 months. It works great. It keeps the entire upstairs of my house nice and toasty. Which is 2100 sq ft. I've not been using my heat pump at all. Which is a huge plus too ! Also.. the outside temps have been in the 20s at night. Plus the gas heat is so warm, especially compared to electric heat pump. Love it 😁

Content: The heater looks great and works good. The first delivery had two logs damaged. The second delivery only had one damaged. Still to many. Trying to get replacements. Not going well. I will update if replaced. Update:: The sent replacement logs and looks good. I would recommend this heater.

Content: At first I was disappointed because I couldn't adjust the flame height. I remember reading in the reviews that you could, using the remote. But no, the remote only sets the room temperature. It's not the best, it would be better if you could program in different temps for different times of the day. But then I figured out you CAN adjust the flame height using the on/off/ignite knob. Just push it in and turn while the burners are lit. Over all, I love my new fireplace!

Content: Doors don’t line up with each other and screws to adjust them were stripped when I got it. The allignment is off by 1/2 an inch, looks pretty bad. Other than that good heat output and easy to install

Content: Killer fireplace for the money" You won't find A better deal "I used 2 100lbs propane tanks from Lowes" Buy the Camco duel stage lp regulator plus hoses from amazon and the tank adapters " you won't find a better deal" air stone from Lowe's an old rustic wooden unfinished timber/ mantle "just waiting on the 4K TV from Amazon to complete the project !! I have sent pictures below'altogether for the total install less than $1700 from start to finish the whole project labor material + $400 TV =$2100 Having a warm basement and Fireplace 🔥Priceless!!!!
Title: Looks like it fell off a cliff. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Content: The unit came broken. The igniter was sheered off. The door was loose and bent in the box and it looks like someone returned this after messing with it. It takes allot to sheer an igniter which is located behind the bottom grill. There is a loose button that is also from somewhere in the unit. I don’t feel like rebuilding this thing so it gets replaced. The handle location on the right door was over tighten and the hinges are loose. The doors will not close as intended. Based on fit and finish I am hoping my replacement is intact in both fit and finish and gas system quality. Hoping the quality officer does their job and sends me a product that is built and delivered to a better standard than this returned unit they resold to me. UPDATE. They never processed my replacement... I gave them another chance... They will never get a penny from me EVER.
