Content: I ordered this frame with a sour taste in my mouth. First of all, I thought I had a perfectly usable frame at my disposal, ordered an inexpensive print (I'm on a budget), spent an hour or two antiquing said print to fit my space perfectly, only to discover that my frame was actually cracked and unusable. Drat! So, hating to spend the money and, seeing some less than stellar reviews, I suspected I would probably be disappointed when I ordered this frame. I was so wrong! In fact, of the frames I have ordered (many), this one is great: it arrived in perfect condition, the corners are perfectly aligned and secured, it has an extremely sturdy backing (similar to light-weight Masonite) with heavy duty hangers attached. The Lucite front cover is flat with minimal distortion to the print. I couldn't ask for a better frame at a more reasonable price, and I'd recommend this product to anyone.

If not for the fact that I needed matching frames I would have sent it back. My first frame is great and was worth every penny hence the second order. It probably would not have broke if it had been packaged better. It only had a piece of cardboard taped in the middle and sides. When they are not broken these are great frames.

It'd be easier to use of the table on the back weren't so firmly pressed against the back - Is extremely digitally to peel them up, even using the thin metal file from by fingernail Clippers. My fingernails were no match. You'll definitely need to peel all of them 100% back. Anything less, and you won't be able to get the strong cardboard back into the frame. The tabs are string and good quality. Now for issues: SHIPPING IS AWFUL. I ordered 3, on separate orders. 1 was fine! :) 1 had 2 nicked corners :-(( 1 was cracked. UNACCEPTABLE. no way to touch it up. This France, since it was cracked, meant that another corner was also loose, so that the entire frame came apart when I took the cardboard frame off. This one HAD to be returned. The awful thing about it is that I have to pay shipping to return a DAMAGED product. And shipping costs as much as the product itself. UNACCEPTABLE. Thing is, they purposely shipped in unacceptable packaging. They know it is inadequate and cannot guarantee arrival without damage, but they don't care. It's an acceptable Los to them. They know it's not worth it to us to return, so they don't spend the extra few cents it would take to properly put Styrofoam corners on the frame corners :(( Because of this, I would NOT order again. Your odds of receiving an undamaged product are too low. IF they fixed the shipping issue, I would definitely order again.

Content: When I opened the box, the frame fell apart. I discovered that it is not made of real wood but rather a brittle particle board that seems to be poorly pressed together at the corners. The construction is very shoddy. Getting the back off to insert the pictures was a challenge in itself, as that part of the frame is also poorly designed. I had to glue two corners of the frame to make it usable, and I had to be extremely careful when handling it because the entire structure was so flimsy that it felt like it would fall apart at any moment. This is the worst picture frame I have ever encountered. I own three other frames of the same size from Walmart, and they are made of far better quality than this one.

Content: IF your arrives undamaged, the frame is great! It looks good. Nice frame width. Matt black finish is nice. The cardboard backing is high quality - almost like thin particle board. This means it is sturdy, and holds your print snug. The plastic ("glass") front is nice. But, I highly recommend NOT peeling off the protective full that covers both sides of the "glass" front. Why? Because with it left ON, reflections are virtually eliminated, meaning you can see your poster clearly without interruption. Or distracting reflections, especially from light sources. :) The hangers on the back are quality, and so easy to use. It'd be easier to use of the table on the back weren't so firmly pressed against the back - Is extremely digitally to peel them up, even using the thin metal file from by fingernail Clippers. My fingernails were no match. You'll definitely need to peel all of them 100% back. Anything less, and you won't be able to get the strong cardboard back into the frame. The tabs are string and good quality. Now for issues: SHIPPING IS AWFUL. I ordered 3, on separate orders. 1 was fine! :) 1 had 2 nicked corners :-(( 1 was cracked. The Lucite front cover is flat with minimal distortion to the print. I couldn't ask for a better frame at a more reasonable price, and I'd recommend this product to anyone.

The construction is very shoddy. Getting the back off to insert the pictures was a challenge in itself, as that part of the frame is also poorly designed. I had to glue two corners of the frame to make it usable, and I had to be extremely careful when handling it because the entire structure was so flimsy that it felt like it would fall apart at any moment. This is the worst picture frame I have ever encountered. I own three other frames of the same size from Walmart, and they are made of far better quality than this one.

First of all, I thought I had a perfectly usable frame at my disposal, ordered an inexpensive print (I'm on a budget), spent an hour or two antiquing said print to fit my space perfectly, only to discover that my frame was actually cracked and unusable. Drat! So, hating to spend the money and, seeing some less than stellar reviews, I suspected I would probably be disappointed when I ordered this frame. I was so wrong! In fact, of the frames I have ordered (many), this one is great: it arrived in perfect condition, the corners are perfectly aligned and secured, it has an extremely sturdy backing (similar to light-weight Masonite) with heavy duty hangers attached. The Lucite front cover is flat with minimal distortion to the print. I couldn't ask for a better frame at a more reasonable price, and I'd recommend this product to anyone.

Content: This is the second frame I have ordered. My first was perfect this one not so much. It was packaged horribly and the corner is coming apart. I think I can fix it so we will see. If not for the fact that I needed matching frames I would have sent it back. My first frame is great and was worth every penny hence the second order. It probably would not have broke if it had been packaged better. It only had a piece of cardboard taped in the middle and sides. When they are not broken these are great frames.

Content: IF your arrives undamaged, the frame is great! It looks good. Nice frame width. Matt black finish is nice. The cardboard backing is high quality - almost like thin particle board. This means it is sturdy, and holds your print snug. The plastic ("glass") front is nice. But, I highly recommend NOT peeling off the protective full that covers both sides of the "glass" front. Why? Because with it left ON, reflections are virtually eliminated, meaning you can see your poster clearly without interruption. Or distracting reflections, especially from light sources. :) The hangers on the back are quality, and so easy to use. It'd be easier to use of the table on the back weren't so firmly pressed against the back - Is extremely digitally to peel them up, even using the thin metal file from by fingernail Clippers. My fingernails were no match. You'll definitely need to peel all of them 100% back. Anything less, and you won't be able to get the strong cardboard back into the frame. The tabs are string and good quality. Now for issues: SHIPPING IS AWFUL. I ordered 3, on separate orders. 1 was fine! :) 1 had 2 nicked corners :-(( 1 was cracked. UNACCEPTABLE. no way to touch it up. This France, since it was cracked, meant that another corner was also loose, so that the entire frame came apart when I took the cardboard frame off. This one HAD to be returned. The awful thing about it is that I have to pay shipping to return a DAMAGED product. And shipping costs as much as the product itself. UNACCEPTABLE. Thing is, they purposely shipped in unacceptable packaging. They know it is inadequate and cannot guarantee arrival without damage, but they don't care. It's an acceptable Los to them. They know it's not worth it to us to return, so they don't spend the extra few cents it would take to properly put Styrofoam corners on the frame corners :(( Because of this, I would NOT order again. Your odds of receiving an undamaged product are too low. IF they fixed the shipping issue, I would definitely order again.
