Amazon replaced it very fast but it came in broken within the box as well. Now, for me to get my refund, I have to ship it back because UPS came by to pick it up and they said I wasn’t home. Which I was. I had the box ready to pick up and sitting out on my porch by my door. The return instructions were very confusing… I was to be home… but I could have it sitting out by the door for the UPS guy to pick up… so UPS just gave me the return label on the door handle, right next to the box— saying I had to be home… guess what?? I WAS HOME! Now I have to pay for them to come back and pick it or somehow take it to the UPS Store in my 2 seater car… good luck with that. Don’t buy this piece of crap it is poorly made, poorly packed and really ugly. I purchased a three pack of another frame and they were great and came in flawless. Amazon AND this manufacturer were a waste of my time- don’t let them waste yours.

Content: I am satisfied. The frame is cheap quality but the appearance makes it look great! Came with no damage. Very light weight. Pro tip: use a butter knife to get the grommets on the back up for easier access to inside the frame.

Content: This is the worst piece of schlock I have ever seen. The first one was sent and was actually missing an entire side of the frame, and the box was broken apart. Amazon replaced it very fast but it came in broken within the box as well. Now, for me to get my refund, I have to ship it back because UPS came by to pick it up and they said I wasn’t home. Which I was. I had the box ready to pick up and sitting out on my porch by my door. The return instructions were very confusing… I was to be home… but I could have it sitting out by the door for the UPS guy to pick up… so UPS just gave me the return label on the door handle, right next to the box— saying I had to be home… guess what?? I WAS HOME! Now I have to pay for them to come back and pick it or somehow take it to the UPS Store in my 2 seater car… good luck with that. Don’t buy this piece of crap it is poorly made, poorly packed and really ugly. I purchased a three pack of another frame and they were great and came in flawless. Amazon AND this manufacturer were a waste of my time- don’t let them waste yours.

Content: It's a very large, inexpensive frame, so to expect high quality materials is naïve. It looks fine, but it's obviously not real wood or glass. There's minor inconsistencies in the "grain" and the plastic is very shiny, but I have it hanging in a dim hallway so this isn't really a con for me. My main issue was trying to get the backing in after putting in my poster. It was extremely difficult and the tabs kept folding in underneath the backing so I'd have to take it out, pry them all back up, and start again. On the plus side, I suppose that means it's a snug fit and will stay in place but it was definitely a pain to put together. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.
