Content: You wouldn’t be able to tell but there is a very LARGE window in this room that is always pouring sunlight in. The blackout drapes work wonders and were fairly easy to install, as other reviews mentioned the circular adhesives didn’t hold up however it wasn’t anything some gorilla glue adhesive squares couldn’t fix. If I could do this to my whole house I would, highly recommend.

Content: I thought this curtain for a doorway between my master bedroom and bathroom, where there is no window from which to hang it. There are two large windows in the bathroom which makes it very bright in my bedroom, but I didn’t want to put curtains up in the bathroom (I think it’s weird, and it’s also a rental). I figured I would try this blackout curtain and it works like a charm. Only problem is the adhesive dots that it comes with do NOT stick to painted surfaces; the curtain came down within just hours. So I put several heavy-duty command strips along the top, on the SILVER side (the strips will NOT stick to the black side), and so far it’s still hanging (it’s been two days now). It’s very lightweight and easy to cut, and VERY good at blocking light. Also is an excellent value, as I know actual blackout curtains can be expensive.

Content: [UPDATE] I ended up returning them because they were falling off the day after I put them up. And it was the material falling off the sticker not the window. I got these blinds because a lot of people said it worked for them. I trimmed them to fit the windows because it slides up to open. There’s still light coming through and they’re not perfect, but they’re manageable. I was mostly frustrated because when you trim them to fit, the two sheets start to pull apart, so it’s only a matter of time until one side of the blackout shade comes off.

Content: First I just want to say, I don't know what people are talking about that the Velcro doesn't hold up because these things are VERY strong. I just moved into a new apartment and the sunlight always directly hit the windows in my kids room. That have 2 big windows in the room and this apartment has a TON of light. I was using 100% black out curtains and it just wasn't doing it. Light would shine in from the top and sides even with blinds shut and curtains. My kids were waking up at 6:45am when they normally were up at 9:00am. This was my last resort because I didn't know what else could FULLY keep the room dark like night time. When I tell you these things make your room PITCH BLACK, I'm not kidding. You can not tell the difference between day time or night time when they're on. + they are super easy to take off. In the morning I'll just pull the top down so light comes in that way I don't have to take the entire thing off. Anyways, this was probably the best purchase I've made all year on Amazon. And I order on amazon daily. Lol After cutting fabric you will have let over pieces and they're great to use for the back of the car so kids don't have sun shining in face. That's my plan for the extra fabric! Also VERY easy to cut the fabric. Fabric is very very thin which made me so surprised that it was insanely dark in the room. Just buy it. You won't regret it.

Content: Wanted it to keep my room cooler. It worked perfectly. Note: use the round dots they send you! I tried to use "Velcro strips" it was awful. The Glue on the Velcro straps melted due to heat on sliding glass door frames and in 2 hours it fell down. The next day I reset using the supplies that were provided ... Since then absolute profection. Room is cooler, and completely Dark.
