Content: This product fit perfectly into my 10-year old Monessen fireplace. The old pilot had degraded and the flame was large and yellow. This new one took about 20 minutes to replace. The screws and wiring were just as the replaced item. The pilot is now working great. Will buy this again when needed.

Content: I ordered this replacement part and recorded it quickly. It was installed but didn’t seem to be working correctly. When I sent a question to the seller about my concern, he immediately said the unit should do what it was doing and said he would send out another unit immediately. He did. It was installed and works great! Best customer service I’ve had.

Content: Ordered the product and it failed after a short time. I put up a review on amazon and they contacted me within minutes. They set up to ship me a replacement and I had it in a couple of days. Changed it out and it works good. All products have a failure rate to them, but it is the service that separates the companies. The people here did a great job! Thank you!

Content: It was the same as the factory replacement because I was also replacing the valve and wanted all new parts, but I saved the old parts for future needs.
Title: SAFETY FIRST!
Content: Part works fine. Though sharing the SAME part number, the bracket has significantly different dimensions. How different can it be you ask? The assembly wouldn't direct mount to factory position on my gas logs which held the pilot off of the burner about 3/4 of an inch. This left the LP gas pooling for 10+ seconds before finally igniting in a POOF effect. That is very dangerous. I disassembled the log set- again, and customized the mount to accommodate this part. Afterward, Instant ignition on start up. Everyone should be prepared for this situation on any appliance. JESUS IS LORD! ACTS 16:31 MERRY CHRISTMAS!
