I love that you can add or detract steps based on your kids age! It does come with stickers for the steps to prevent slipping and also had anti-slip pads for the feet. I didn't install those as we don't keep the stool at the sink and my daughter needs to be able to push it across the kitchen when she needs it! All in all, very happy so far with this helper stool!
