Content: I used this product during the colder seasons this/last year (Fall 2023 - Spring 2024) in my wood-burning stove (Jotul F400) and I can tell you this works way better than those one-time use CSL logs. Sometimes I'll run the stove hot and not much creosote buildup, but sometimes I'll run it lean and it will make a lot on the glass, but using this powder in between burns really clears everything up. It was 100% the easiest year I've had with regard to glass cleaning, and therefore I know the chimney itself is cleaner too. Not many "potato chips" at the bottom of the chimney catch basin this year, it does the job very well and I like how you can use a little bit or a lot when needed, instead of the one-time burn logs. Approximately 4 cords of wood burned and very little creosote buildup during, going to buy again for next season it's on my wish-list already.

It was also recommended to put any used aluminum containers or sheets into the fire to also limit creosote buildup. Both work well.
