When you have the usb plugged in, it gives off just the right amount of brightness and just makes it more beautiful. Very easy to use. Usb cord is a nice length. The picture and writing came just how I ordered it. Seems very sturdy and picture part fits nicely into the base. I just love love this and they loved it. Came delivered early and packaged nice and secure. Comes with a cloth to shine it up. Worth every penny!!! I highly recommend ❣️❣️

I plugged it up and lit up and their scratches all over it. Also the pictures are not bright and vibrant like it showed it’s very dull. I tried to contact the company and they tell me that it’s a non-returnable item so I’m just out $27 for something I got though in the trashcan And it was supposed to be a gift for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. I cannot give this as a gift with the scratches all over the faces of the pictures. I am very upset about this so please don’t order it. You’ll be very disappointed. I called Amazon to talk to him about it and it’s not sold through them. I was told they would send the company a message for me and they should be getting back with me within 48 hours, but I doubt very seriously if I’ll ever hear from them! This is not right, and I don’t think Amazon should deal with this company on their site ever again to put their customers through something like this!
