The warning label on the fan says up to 345C (650F), and the Big Buddy seems to stay under that even when on high. In all, this fan is a cool device that I think might even work better than the Mr. Heater fan you can buy and attach to the back—but this doesn't need electricity. It's impressive how the fans pull in the rising heat behind them and push it forward. I've got it blowing the heat under my workbench, which acts as a baffle and spreads the head around my work area. Glad to have the heater and the fan this winter.
