With nothing to circulate the heat, some of the plants on the periphery suffered. I had tried using a 12v fan, but that was a pain. A friend had one of these on his wood stove so I decided to give it a try. This little fan is perfect! I set it on top of the heater and within a couple minutes it starts to work. It doesn’t throw a ton of air, but it is sufficient to keep everything warm. I have thermometers on both ends of the greenhouse and they now read the same. Good little product at a great price. I’m going to order a couple more for our cabin.

Sits lower than my bigger Ecofans and is a perfect size for my fireplace insert stove. I don't think you'll be disappointed by this fan. Will it drive the heat throughout an enormous room in an older home with really high ceilings? Maybe not ... but few of these fans will do that, as the heat rises and dissipates. But for most home types, it should give good results.

Content: These fans work great on the Portable Mr Buddy Heater. I have one that I use in my hunting blind and recently bought another one due to a power outage during an ice storm. Of course I had to have a second fan. The first one mounts via a spring type stiff wire, but second via an aluminum plate that hangs on to the grill and the fan simply sits on it. Much easier to use. They actually increase the heat out to the front quite well and keep the air circulating. Highly Recommend for use with the Mr Buddy Heater, but I'm sure would work great with any wood burning stove as well.
