Content: Easy to install and get working. It's been a few days, and so far I've had no serious issues. But I do have 3 small complaints - 1. There is a very minor splashing on the left side. I think it has to do with the water coming out of the last two jets. They might be getting a little more pressure than the others. I've tried changing the water flow on the pump, but that hasn't had an effect. 2. The hum of the pump is a little louder than I'd like. 3. The light is a little weak.

Content: We installed this Alpine Mirror Fountain in our screened entry foyer. I replaced the original white light with a set of 4 pond lights that have several colors. I reused the original light to supplement my outdoor landscape lighting and it is still working perfectly in that wet environment. The aluminum exterior is black and matches our dark bronze door in the lower light of the foyer. As you can see, the back of the mirror is 4 inches from the wall in back. With the fountain base flush to the wall there is a 2 inch gap between the wall and the mirror. The additional 2 inches allowed me to place the electrical outlet behind the base and not the mirror, which is semi-transparent making for a neater installation. I placed 2 of the 4 pond lights behind the mirror to light up the wall behind the mirror. This shows through to the front and makes the wall behind glow, turning the gap into a feature. After 8 months the original pump lost pressure and couldn't feed the water to the top of the Fountain. Alpine customer service immediately sent me a replacement after one email from me. This Fountain looks as good as those you see in restaurants that cost thousands of dollars! Everyone who walks into our home is blown away by this fountain. I am proud of the way it enhances my entrance an exiemely satisfied with its design, function, operation and ease of maintenance, not to mention Alpine's superior customer service.

You have to add water every 3-4 days so the water filter remains covered. If not, you will find water has begun to shoot out in the floor. If leaving for 5 days or more I would turn it off unless you have someone to add water for you.

Content: The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd Fountain I've owned like this one. I love the sereness that the fountain brings into your home. My only adjustment would be the noise that the pump is making. I feel that the pump needs to be adjusted inside of the casing. I will be working on that, but otherwise, it's worth the money! I bought a picture light to place on top of the fountain to direct more light on it. The light was bought on Amazon and it's magnetic which makes it easy to place on your fountain. Don't hesitate to buy!!

Content: not sure what do to. thought it was a great value. worked perfectly for like the first week and now this. water doesn’t flow correctly. unit is perfectly level update - found a glass prep solution from a diff company in UT. wiped this on on, cleaned off and not works correctly. would’ve been nice if the company that provided the waterfall would also provide the $30 btl glass prep. per their cust service i tried all 12 steps they recommended:) with no luck. glass prep is the key to even flow pump is still noisy on/off if u leave water wall on. i ordered more black sponge filters to try and soften the vibrations. 11/3/22. update after a few months of use. i’ve had to completely tear apart and clean it 2x. last 6 weeks the running sound/vibration is so loud that it is overbearing vs the water steams. super disappointed and a waste of $500 reached out numerous times with basically no reply or suggestions for fixes.

I think it has to do with the water coming out of the last two jets. They might be getting a little more pressure than the others. Content: We installed this Alpine Mirror Fountain in our screened entry foyer. I replaced the original white light with a set of 4 pond lights that have several colors. I reused the original light to supplement my outdoor landscape lighting and it is still working perfectly in that wet environment. The aluminum exterior is black and matches our dark bronze door in the lower light of the foyer. As you can see, the back of the mirror is 4 inches from the wall in back. With the fountain base flush to the wall there is a 2 inch gap between the wall and the mirror. The additional 2 inches allowed me to place the electrical outlet behind the base and not the mirror, which is semi-transparent making for a neater installation. I placed 2 of the 4 pond lights behind the mirror to light up the wall behind the mirror. This shows through to the front and makes the wall behind glow, turning the gap into a feature. After 8 months the original pump lost pressure and couldn't feed the water to the top of the Fountain. Alpine customer service immediately sent me a replacement after one email from me. This Fountain looks as good as those you see in restaurants that cost thousands of dollars! Everyone who walks into our home is blown away by this fountain. I am proud of the way it enhances my entrance an exiemely satisfied with its design, function, operation and ease of maintenance, not to mention Alpine's superior customer service.

Content: not sure what do to. thought it was a great value. worked perfectly for like the first week and now this. water doesn’t flow correctly. unit is perfectly level update - found a glass prep solution from a diff company in UT. wiped this on on, cleaned off and not works correctly. would’ve been nice if the company that provided the waterfall would also provide the $30 btl glass prep. per their cust service i tried all 12 steps they recommended:) with no luck. glass prep is the key to even flow pump is still noisy on/off if u leave water wall on. i ordered more black sponge filters to try and soften the vibrations. 11/3/22. update after a few months of use. i’ve had to completely tear apart and clean it 2x. last 6 weeks the running sound/vibration is so loud that it is overbearing vs the water steams. super disappointed and a waste of $500 reached out numerous times with basically no reply or suggestions for fixes.
