Content: I received this fireplace a day ago, I couldn’t believe how fast it arrived … two day.. the quality is fantastic ! Heavy wood and very easy to put together .. there are only five pieces , super easy! The firebox came in a separate box… I did not want a unit larger than 10,000 btu .. the room it’s in isn’t big, so this is perfect .. the thermostat works great , shutting the flame off when it gets warm and turn back on when the chill sets in again .. I highly recommend!

Normally I don’t have any issues with assembling things like this, this one had me a bit puzzled until I found that a few pieces were labeled backwards from left and right. Once that we figured out it went together okay. An extra set of hands help to hold things together. My biggest complaint is that the two back panels are missing. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer/ seller several times and have been told that they have sent my request in for parts to be sent but I have yet to receive anything several weeks into this. Had it not been a major project to disassemble and return I would have went that route but breaking it down and trying to reship it would be a huge pain. I thought I would be getting the missing back panels sent soon and have been waiting to get this resolved and complete this project. Overall for the price of the it does what it’s supposed to do but leaves room for improvement. If I could ever get my missing parts I can update this review.

Normally I don’t have any issues with assembling things like this, this one had me a bit puzzled until I found that a few pieces were labeled backwards from left and right. Once that we figured out it went together okay. An extra set of hands help to hold things together. My biggest complaint is that the two back panels are missing. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer/ seller several times and have been told that they have sent my request in for parts to be sent but I have yet to receive anything several weeks into this. Had it not been a major project to disassemble and return I would have went that route but breaking it down and trying to reship it would be a huge pain. I thought I would be getting the missing back panels sent soon and have been waiting to get this resolved and complete this project. Overall for the price of the it does what it’s supposed to do but leaves room for improvement. If I could ever get my missing parts I can update this review.

Content: Took over a week to get fireplace ,we ordered toasted they sent chocolate, plastic sides fell off, heater part is good has good heat,expensive considering it's press board ,weight is good, all in all it warms the cabin but would not order again too expensive we considered sending it back but we don't have time to wait for another one

Content: Was not to hard to assemble the cabinet. Works great. Replaced a 22 yr old unit that stopped working. This is slightly smaller flame and takes little longer to warm up the place. But it definitely does the job. Recently had a power outage for 3 days afterva wind storm and this being gas, we kept warm the hole time.

Content: It looks really great in the brick mantle corner where my old gas fireplace had been for years.It does the job heating our 1000 square foot house perfectly during the day,while giving my aging gas furnace a break from running all night long.Plus it definitely cuts down our gas bill this way also.

Content: I received this fireplace a day ago, I couldn’t believe how fast it arrived … two day.. the quality is fantastic ! Heavy wood and very easy to put together .. there are only five pieces , super easy! The firebox came in a separate box… I did not want a unit larger than 10,000 btu .. the room it’s in isn’t big, so this is perfect .. the thermostat works great , shutting the flame off when it gets warm and turn back on when the chill sets in again .. I highly recommend!
